I have a foldable Thule XT which is great for MTBs and “normal” eMTBs up to 60lbs or so but it can’t handle heavier long wheelbase eMTBs.

My fat tire eMTB weighs ~100lbs and I use a 1UP Super Duty for that. Awesome but pricey.

Hope you heal quickly Mikey. I’m seeing a lot of good riders discussing horrific crashes on the ebike forums. Most seem to be advocating for wearing full face helmets these days! Seems crazy and I don’t think I’ll ever swap my MTB helmet for a full face helmet while on an eMTB but…a jaw to the handlebars can be a life changing event.

It is a blast though!

Yeah bro, I started wearing full face when doing downhill at the MTB park...6k in dental work, or broken jaw doesn't sound fun.

Absolutely, if you’re into downhill full face is definitely necessary IMO. I do the same with any serious off road UTV riding.
