Last year, Some of us were lucky enough to get the truck added to the app before it was delivered to dealer. I had mine on the app for 3 months while it sat at the factory and finally was delivered. After me and a few others had success, ram cracked down on it and wouldnt let their reps add the truck to the app unless it had been delivered to dealership.

It was kind of cool to track my truck through the factory and delivery but also painful. doubt you will have any luck now.

Yeah I just tried to call, the agent said it should already be on my account but it's not, so I won't bother to pursue it any further.

It's probably for the best lol, because I can totally see myself staring at that damn app for 24 hours a day until it shows up

Just when I was about to give up hope getting my truck delivered before my Wife's trip took us out of town for Labor Day, my dealer just called and said my truck was delivered today, as well! Going to pick it up tomorrow morning!

Truck arrived to the port in Pearland, TX this morning. So excited.

Mark Dodge said 7-21 days average for the truck to get to their dealership, but I'm hoping for a miracle and more like 2-3 days

Mine is getting delivered to a dealer in HOUSTON and it’s been sitting in Pearland since 7/29. Beyond frustrating. Glad you got yours!

That's crazy. I genuinely don't understand how some trucks sit at the port for a few days, and others for almost a month. Hope you get yours soon.
