Hey @RealTruck - My Gen2 bed cover that I bought from Nick over at 797 is leaking like crazy - anything you guys can do to help me out?

@RealTruck I placed my order for the MX4 with the coupon code from RealTruck.com on 8/16. As of today, 9/8, it still had not shipped. I was going to save $172.50 with the coupon code Amber sent me in DM. I ended up getting the same MX4 from RealTruck's Amazon account, and had it delivered as promised by Amazon without incident. When I called RealTruck this morning and asked if we could just cancel my order with them but still send me the discount they were going to give me, the guy I was transferred to literally said he didn't think RealTruck sold anything on Amazon and when I said it was the exact same product, he literally hung up on me and prompted me for a quick, one question survey. Andy V. earned that 1 out of 5 in how satisfied I was with his service.

I was disappointed, as well, that I had a lot of water leaking in from the front of the cover, where I wanted to pack my personal bags up against the cab, when I was at my cabin and the truck sat outside in the rain overnight. It didn't leak until I opened and folded the cover back to load up my truck. Not sure if I maybe didn't have it adjusted correctly, but it shouldn't be leaking from the front. My previous 2nd Gen MX4 never leaked like that. When I got back home, I adjusted it a little, and moved it back towards the rear a tad, but I haven't had time to water test it again.

I'm truly sorry that this was your experience, especially after all the excitement around the release of the MX4 Gen 3. 2025 RHO owner, I traded in my last truck and left my MX4 on the truck. Bought another brand for this truck, big mistake.
I still have a 2019 with an MX4 on it that is going strong! Looking forward to seeing the advantages vs. the older MX4 model on my 2019 Ram.
