RHO specific k&n intake now available

3rd CV axle? Not to sidetrack but what’s up with that?
Yeah pretty lame ,.I do have 2" foutz and I drive like an asshole . I heard if it keeps happening to have your front diff replaced so we are going to talk about it but all I have is ripped boots ?

Anyway you can test with before install and after to see results any gains if possible. Thanks
My absolute best time i can not repeat is 4.1 on the ram screen . Is there something else to track

Was that jb4, what map? Also without k and n intake?

Map 2 jb4 , afe catbacks , afe drop in filter with 4" homeade silencer intake . Trucks still at the dealership for an extra day now

Visual of stock next to k&n and that worn out afe from 12k miles or less

Visually the K&N tube looks better. OEM filter looks better. As long as the airbox aligns with the hood, I like the increased size of the K&N. Still interested in gains.

That tube does appear to have a wider diameter.

I have a new cv axle in an unopened box, brand new from the dealer. The dealer ordered one for me under warranty. But I couldnt wait the 3 weeks and bought one earlier. $275 shipped if you need one.

That K&N looks pretty good. Chunky intake tube, big air box for plenty of air area, and of course quality K&N air filter. If this thing dynos at +25 whp or better, I'll likely get one.

No offense to the AFE , but compared to the K&N , it looks like an ebay special

Its the same , the seal swaps over and I believe it sealed to the hood as intended
Have you noticed any difference from the AFE intake?

I believe it feels better but who knows, my afe exaust seems louder , intake is louder . I am still hoping to get launch in soon try to beat that number.

Could not beat the 4.1 but did run a couple 4.2 s in a row and improved some other times . Have to try again

Until I see 3rd party dyno testing to prove these numbers, hard pass.
I'm pretty sure I remember seeing an early dyno tune video with the JB4 that included a pull with the K&N. The results were lower numbers with the intake installed. Seems unlikely.

Yeah we seen it , its been said countless times but nobody mentions it was added on map 4 with e30. Or that it was for the so .

Regardless of what map it was on, one would think it would be an improvement even more so when the engines demands more air at a higher performance level.
