My truck blanked the first time yesterday while driving. Had turn signals and the white periphery lights on the dash, that's it. Shut it off for an hour and back to normal. I had to check the app to see how much fuel I had, I couldn't remember .

Mine's done it about 3 or 4 time so far. Quick restarts didn't fix it, but after a couple hours it always goes back on (so far). It's weird AF to drive without a cluster isn't it? Hoping the fix happens soon.

I’m actually pretty pleased they’re acknowledging it. It’s pretty clear this is a SW issue, which is actually good news as SW can be updated much easier than installing new hardware.

I can’t even imagine how many clusters and other hardware components they’ve put in vehicles that didn’t need them this year.

I’m looking forward to the day these SW issues get properly resolved. From what I’ve seen so far, hardware has been pretty solid in these trucks

Very weird. I started thinking oh no, battery. But the center screen showed 14.1 volts. I didn't trust it to shut it off so I went back home .

No blinking/blank IP in 10K miles. Maybe because I plug into a Ctek battery maintainer every night?

I use a charger regularly. Still had a dead battery once and now a even with a new battery and regular charging a cluster blank.

Not to get off topic here, but it's insane how much money is required to live now days. Especially in HCOL areas. You should see had bad New Jersey has gotten.

This is a literally $700,000 home for sale in the county I live in. No, I'm not kidding. Oh, and the property taxes are probably 9-10k

Well the dealer has had mine for 2 days for batteries they had in stock and replace the shark fin antenna that they also had in stock, soooo that’s not a good sign . Too be fair I asked them to fix the turbo actuator rattle so they are trying to get that under control.

No way! I’m getting my money’s worth out of stellantis. I’m shooting for at least $10,000 worth of warranty claims on this bad boy!

Unfortunately I don’t get cool noises, only what sounds like a baseball card in bicycle spokes. It’s very annoying.

My software recall update jacked up my cluster… now being told I might need to leave the truck at the dealer for as long as it takes to get a new one procured and installed.

Sorry to hear this bro...I'm skipping all recalls and service bulletins until I actually have an issue. Seems they half baked these fixes like usual. Truck has been flawless besides the strange seat massager anomaly...however, I have tied it's movement to the cooling function on the seat. When it's off, no running massager.

Yeah I just got the email about this recall today. Going to avoid this "fix" like the plague for the time being. It's clear Ram is currently having some major issues with their software development team.
