Seat massager not retracting

Maybe you should just rub on it for a bit. Help get it “past the hump”, if you know what I mean. After that, it will probably ask you to make a sandwich and then soften up and to go sleep.
Ram needs to add a “chill” button.

Anybody know where I could find a parts diagram for this? I might just pull the hose line that goes to this particular bladder to bleed it off in the meantime. Seems Ram won’t allow a dealer to order the part needed to fix this.

Hurry up so I can do mine...you're taking too long.

Well, @RamCares got me connected with a case manager, which was awesome. That case manager was able to get the needed parts taken off of order block and sent to my dealer. Not cheap, either… I see MSRP is around $2250.

I took it in for service and this repair was completed within a day, which was awesome. Unfortunately, as soon as I sat down in the truck I’d realized there was a small lump in the seat in the same spot. On the drive home, that bladder continued to fill with air and is now just as bad as it was originally. Also unfortunately, my seat now pops any time I move in it.

On top of that, the software recalls have caused some new bugs that I’d never seen prior. More than a little frustrated with this at the moment.

Damn, sorry to hear this bro...I guess I'm gonna leave my full time massager alone.

My seat also pops when I move in it, and the dealer literally tried to say they can't reproduce it. So frustrating because now I have to take it back and convince them to fix my truck?!

Man, do so at your own risk. My seat has been completely torn apart twice now and it gets worse each time.

@Mikey Swift, earlier you mentioned something about Grand Wagoneer massaging seat issues videos. I searched around and struggled to find much on that topic. Any chance you could point me in the right direction?

Sounds like you did exactly what they did in video...replaced the whole inner seat assembly.

New module is sitting at the dealer waiting for install. I had the air lines pulled from my seat bottom in the meantime. Note this will be my 2nd new module.

That said, my seat back is now exhibiting the same issue. I’m unclear at the moment if that’s all controlled by the one module. Sure hope so!

after using my massage seat, it doesn't deflate. super annoying. what was the fix if one?

Oh, it’s super easy……. Just go to your dealer, have them order an entire new seat module (around $2500) and wait a few weeks or months for it to arrive so they can swap it out.

It’s definitely concerning there’s no way to resolve it other than this super expensive module. Best of luck to you.
