Seat massager not retracting

Oh, it’s super easy……. Just go to your dealer, have them order an entire new seat module (around $2500) and wait a few weeks or months for it to arrive so they can swap it out.

It’s definitely concerning there’s no way to resolve it other than this super expensive module. Best of luck to you.

Read the fine print on each of them. There are a ton of exclusions on the Mopar extended warranty, I know. It's really not what a lot of people think it is.
