The fix itself seems pretty quick. Just a matter of getting the part. Best of luck.
They probably can, I think it depends on how lazy the tech is.I don’t understand why they can’t hook the truck up and check for parasitic draw without replacing the starter. It doesn’t need to be running to accomplish that.
I'm with you !! Those are the dumbest fuckin idea anybody could have come up with !!I would like to meet the guy or team that thought a rotary shift was a great idea ....
I will say, I personally love the rotary shifter. I'm coming from a 2022 rebel and I find myself constantly missing that huge center console. There was so much room for activities. It fit my handgun, a pint of vodka, and cigarettes perfectly. There's really not much of a reason to have the shifter where it is in the RHO and TRX, especially since they have paddles. You use it once to go into drive, and then it's pretty much just in the way for the other 99.9% of the journey. Not to mention, in the 2,000 miles I've had this truck I think I've accidentally knocked it into manual like 5 timesThere are tons of guys on the 5th Gen Rams forum who love it. They all say they'd rather have more console space for their Big Gulps.
I'm glad I am not the only one that feels this way.I will say, I personally love the rotary shifter. I'm coming from a 2022 rebel and I find myself constantly missing that huge center console. Hey you just found the other knob!I don't know where I'd put my right hand if I didn't have the shift knob. Probably tucked in my pants like Al Bundy, I guess.

So is this knob polishers club a self polish or do you all help polish each other's? JKAlright, y'all can go start a Rotary Club somewhere (else). The rest of us will create our own club - it's going to be called the Knob Polishers
The Rotary Club handles that part (it's a service organization). So now that I think about it, our club will be the Polished Knobs. So is this knob polishers club a self polish or do you all help polish each other's? JK![]()
