Turbosmart Kompact BOV Kits Available Now (not a bov spacer)

(Copy paste release article).

But just incase you guys missed it! Turbo Smart Dropped these last night! (I am saying copy paste article cause they mention the factory diverter valve being a weak point, but none of us have had an issue with it, sure always room for improvement!)

The 3.0L Hurricane Twin-Turbo I6 is the new heart of the Jeep Wagoneer and the 2025+ Ram 1500. While this engine delivers massive power, many owners are finding the factory plastic diverter valves to be a weak point. If you are looking for the best Hurricane engine BOV options, Turbosmart has released a game-changing solution: the Kompact EM VR32.

Unlike simple “BOV spacers” on the market that retain the factory valves, the Turbosmart Kompact EM is a complete OE replacement valve. It eliminates the factory plastic unit in favor of a precision CNC machined billet aluminum valve that requires no tune and is 100% plug-and-play.

1. BOOST BALANCE TECHNOLOGY

The secret to Turbosmart’s reliability is their proprietary Boost Balance Technology. Traditional valves struggle to stay closed under high boost without using a heavy spring that slows down response.

With Boost Balance, the air pressure works with the valve, using the boost itself to help seal the piston. This ensures a leak-proof seal even under maximum load, resulting in sharper throttle response and elimination of “boost flutter” during towing.

Furthermore, no matter the upgrades you currently have or plan to make in the future, the Kompact EM’s will support the higher boost levels and efficiently vent the increased charge air volume without the need to change spring rates.

2. Plug-and-Play (No Tune Required)

The Kompart EM plugs directly into the factory Ram or Jeep wiring harness. The engine’s computer (ECU) sees the valve as a factory component, meaning you get high-performance hardware without the risk of “Check Engine” lights or the need for expensive aftermarket tuning.

TWO HURRICANE BOV OPTIONS: DUAL PORT VS PLUMB BACK

Turbosmart offers two distinct configurations depending on whether you want a silent sleeper or an aggressive turbo sound.

The Loud Option: Dual Port (Part No. TS-0223-1041)

If you want that iconic “Pssh” sound every time you lift off the throttle, the Dual Port is the choice for you.

  • Audible vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) port.
  • Staged valve body design to vent enough air for the sound while partially recirculating to satisfy OE engine parameters. The additional VTA port supports higher horsepower levels that come with modifications you may make to the vehicle.

Whats the price on this bad boy ???

got these installed last week. somewhat advanced install without instructions currently available, but not terrible.

Normal daily driving you dont even know they are there, roll into it a little bit and let off quick and there is plenty of sound. so far ive seen 0 issues from anything at all. definitely worth it if you want the sound

Trying to see how the Plumb Back will be and I know it won’t have the louder “woosh” sound which I’m good with, but at least a little bit kore noise than stock I’ll be happy with.
