What did you do to your RHO Today?

Be careful...

This TBM issue can cause the ADA to slam on the brakes at highway speeds. (About shit myself the 1st time it happened in CA highway traffic..)
 
Ran some errands and discovered new electrical gremlins since my blown PCM fuse array was replaced.

CarPlay refuses to work reliably now and it keeps asking me if I want to pair a phone when I’m already paired and connected. Deleted the cell and repaired it several times, still no joy.

No software updates were done. WTF?

Also discovered that the steering wheel controls for audio don’t work when the phone is connected via USB-C, but they do still work when connected wirelessly.

Anyone else experience this?

This happened to me before and after the recall was performed. My techs can't figure out what's causing it.

I have no right to complain about my glitchy CarPlay with stuff like that going on. Wow.

I had the truck slam on the brakes for just a fraction of a second a couple of months ago while coming around a gradual curve with a car coming from the opposite direction stopped in their lane waiting for me to pass so he could make a left across my lane. No reason for it to activate, but it did. The jolt from just that brief activation was jolting. Can’t imagine it happening at highway speeds.

Be careful. That’s scary stuff.

Also managed to misalign my hood latch during reassembly so got to remove that trim panel twice.

Yeah I looked at that and no fkn way my arm is fitting.
I'm waiting for a hot day so when I pull the grill off the plastic clips will bend easier, and hopefully won't break.
I really want it on and done but it will have to wait.

I am very happy to pay someone to install the fucker at this point but oddly none of the shops I've called will touch it.
 
Installed my catch can today. It’s the J&L unit. Very simple installation. I found a loose fender bolt on the driver side when I was under the hood. It was barely hand tight and had a couple threads showing. Easy fix. Then I got to looking for other loose bolts and found some strange marks on my skid plate. I can’t imagine how that could have happened….

Sand dunes? That looks much rougher than that.

Hot laps in the desert by my house. Hit the big whoop section a bit fast last time. I think I need to stiffen up the front a little.

Well....that explains THAT experience! That happened to me one time months ago and of course I had it checked out with a laundry list of other issues. That particular dealership is dogshit and didn't even bother to check anything before closing the repair order. Seems there are a lot of things tied to the TBM though. I paid $300 to have my trailer wiring gone through back in December when I had my jet skis in for winterization only to be told it's the truck. Also apparently the auto dimming feature on the sidemirrors is ONLY on the tow mirrors so I'm thinking that's probably tied in to the TBM too.
 
Picked it up yesterday at the dealer, drove 6 hours home. Today I plugged the license plate holes in the front bumper, paired the garage door opener and tried to get familiar with everything. This is a hell of a technology jump coming from a 2014 Hemi that I drove for 10 years!
