Very Happy for you, i'm sure you felt like a dog with two dicks when letting it rip...Now, with all the aggressive driving did you notice what your MPG goes down to and the other data point would be if you decided to leave it in its full potential mode, driving moderately, does the mpg settle out to what one would normally expect to see of ~13 mpg?

Not that it really matters, just curious

So I actually looked today, and I was at 9.1mpg. Which tracks with what I've been getting since it was stock. I think another few hundred miles are needed before I get an accurate reading.

Biggest obstacle is my wife.

Apparently "buying a new vehicle ever 2 years" doesn't make "financial sense" and I should "put that money into savings".

So bascically your wife is telling you to spend money on this truck all you want, rather then spending 100+K for basically what roughly 230 more horsepower. It's the same truck so your wife is telling you that 230HP more is not worth 100k?

My wife could genuinely care less about vehicles. She also has a 5 minute commute.

She's plenty expensive in other ways, lol.

Yeah....mine wants a Porsche 911.....She currently drives a '25 Grand Wagoneer that we don't pay for.

I contemplated behind the grill; I also didn't want to have the grill blocking any of the light and will be using the clear and amber covers depending on conditions. If at some point I decide to put them behind the grill I will pay a shop to do it, I fought getting the bumper back on and don't plan on doing that again anytime soon.

Just picked it up from detail guy. Paint correction, ceramic coated body, rims and windows. Plus he tinted tail lights and head lights.
