Whose has the most recent truck to hit Mark Dodge's lot and when did it hit arrive at Pearland?

It always amazes me how long gotta wait for dealer with lots of shipments coming in and I think the only reason it amazes me is because when mine was shipped it was at my dealer at exactly 10 days on West Coast.

Yeah I'd do several things differently knowing what I know now. But hopefully I'm almost through it and get to enjoy a new truck soon.

You would think first unloaded from the train first to the dealer. But that would be too simple. Seen people go from Pearland to MD in 7 days. Then seen guys there over a month. I have been there there two weeks. If not there by next week then concerned batter died or something bad happened. But won’t complain if you are going on 8 months…

Every time you ask Mark Dodge it's "should be a few weeks." Nobody knows anything, seemingly by design, once it hits the railyard. They can only take two at a time, it snowed, they're picked seemingly at random, take your pick.

It's not any individuals' fault, but holy shit this makes no sense in 2025.

This has been, by far, the most frustrating phase of this going-on-8-month saga.

@MattH89 I see yours is trying to leave MD today. What day did it hit Pearland and what day did it finally show up at MD?

I was notified my truck hit Pearland on Feb 18th. They said it could take between 1-21 days. They just notified me a week ago (March 10) that my trucks battery is dead and an order has to be put in to Stellantis to get a new one. No clue when the truck will make it to MD.
I ordered it June 15th with patience but jeez final stretch is agonizing.

You are not the only one talking about that problem on here. Very bad system that stellantis has to roll these trucks out. They need to refresh their reliability team.

I wouldn’t say I was notified. I called the Logistic Manager at MD after a month went by to see what gives. He said that he believed that the reason it is taking so long is because the symptom of being removed from the schedule usually means (99% of the time) but it has a dead battery. I had to initiate the conversation.

So my truck didn't go to Pearland. It was at another location/port in Louisiana, and had the same issue of the dead battery. The port and Ram had to work together to get a rep out there to get the battery charged/jumped so that it could be loaded on the truck and sent to Mark Dodge. It was a six-to-seven-week process, but MD kept me updated with weekly emails/calls/ or texts.

I drove down to the rail yard today and didn’t see any Rams. The lot was pretty full with Toyotas so maybe they’re on the other side of the lot I couldn’t see. While I was there, Logistics manager called me back to say mine was a no start, along with 2 others. Apparently they have to get permission to jump start them from Stelantis and that process has stated, just waiting on Stelanits.
