3.70 best according to the onboard U-connect system. Wish I had a draggy to get a more accurate time but that’s what I got!

I'm at ~6,000 feet above sea level and my best so far using LC in Sport mode has been 5.3 seconds (mileage at 4,200). I've read on this forum and elsewhere that normally aspirated engines lose ~3% of HP for every 1,000 feet above sea level, but I'm anticipating a turbocharged plant loses less. So, if an NA motor at my altitude (6K feet) generates ~18% less power than at sea level, then a turbocharged motor might lose about 10-13% less? That estimate seems to match with the HP ratings I'm seeing on the driver information system (dash screen, not the center) - the most I've seen is 470 HP or 12% less than the advertised 540. FYI, the highest octane I can get in Colorado is 91. Probably needed for the altitude, but definitely a factor.

That 3.7 is making me drool! I see a JB4 or CAT6 in my future!

Full disclosure - I'm not an engineer but I think I could play one on television.

I would never openly admit to tuning my truck on an online forum. So for that sake, its totally stock. They just took their time building my truck apparently.
oof yeah especially now with RamCares....have to create a new "alias" before asking for help :ROFLMAO:

Awesome! Using Launch Control or old school foot-on-brake-and-rev-release?

Let’s be honest…launch control is for the uninitiated…brake n gas are for those who live life :)

To be honest I don’t remember, I’ve noticed that once you do 0-60, it also wants to do 0-100 timed also. So I don’t know if it cancels both timers once you let off the gas. I wanna say whatever is the highest rpm that launch control lets u do without spark cut would be best. I’ve also noticed that the launch control is super buggy if u let it go into countdown mode.

Also I feel like there is a “pseudo” launch control when you try to brake boost the car. I always hear mine like release a gas or something w the brake when I brake boost. Similar to the sound when you launch, there is a distinct like pressure release sound from the brakes being held down.

I did my first launches the past Sunday at 950 miles on the ODO. CAT6 map 2 on 93 fuel, mostly flat road, 2/3 fuel tank, 1 passenger., launch RPM set at 3700... Results on the on board performance page were identical 4.50 sec 0-60 for both runs. I'm impressed and imagine I can do even better in map 3 or tune boost in 1, 2 gear a bit.

Were you getting wheel spin in 1st and 2nd?

On the first launch i noticed the traction control light flash, on the second I'm not sure as i was more focused on the short amount of road I had to deal with. Definitely chirped the tires on both runs.... maybe I should've turned TC off.... maybe next time.

At 1200 right now
I know it’s going to sound weird, but check your batteries. After battery replacement, I swear to God this truck now fucking rips like a bat out of hell prior to the failed batteries being replaced.

Someone should send that guy a cat 6 and dragy. And then a CAI and ADD bumpers. For the people…
So you posted your friends time and then quoted yourself.....what has he done to it?
