2025 RHO
My RHO died on me on the beltway today. I’ve been towed twice, to the side of the road. When the state police showed up the moved me again. I was drive then hit some slower traffic then the truck stalled. Restarted then died again and would not idle. Off to the dealership. I’ll post what hapened as soon as I find out!

Yeah I checked it before I called for a tow. I remember seeing your post. Waiting to hear back from the dealer soon. Thank you!

UPDATE......Stopped by the dealer today. Truck was still outside. They said they have been working on it. I sat outside for a while...I went over to my truck it was unlocked with my personal belongings inside, radar detector and dash cam in there also. This pissed me off. I went in and asked what is going on then I told them how I felt..... They said it is a fuel problem issue (Duh I knew that) and then said they would be taking it in the shop today to investigate. Meanwhile I had to pay roadside assistance for the towing, and no loaner vehicle yet. I stop by tomorrow and demand a rental. Hopefully they figure this out. I also reached out to a engineer at Ram I hope he can help me get this resolved soon as I see some people had their vehicle in the shop for weeks or over a month. Maybe I should have just bought a used TRX?

So they don't pay for the tow to the dealership when these types of things happen?

They told me it i the closest dealership only....... Their was one closer but my dealership that I use was only 10 miles away  a 6 mile difference, WTF. I have owed 6 Ram's always a proud owner. But I am getting frustrated! 1,500 miles they should be taken care of this better. Thank you Adub!

Remember to check your insurance. A lot of policies carry roadside including tow

Call Ram and open a case number. Mine has been in the shop for a month now. They will reimburse your tow and rental car. The dealership itself may not be responsible for you getting a rental.

Whoa, whoa, whoa…used TRX? Come on. 2025 Ram has the all-new electrical architecture by Fiat! You know…that Italian car company affiliated with Stellantis…known for their dependable cars…HA!

And…don’t get angry at the folks trying to help you. You left your $$ stuff in the truck. They have plenty of other stuff to worry about. Work with them & things will fall into place.

Mine already needs the dash screen replaced… but they can’t even order the part yet…

this is correct, the dealership might give you just loaner for the time of the actual repair.. rent a truck and then send them invoice, my allowance is $85 a day

Yeah I left my stuff in the truck but i made sure it was locked. but they didn't lock it up. It just pissed me off it was still outside and not working on it. I am trying to work with them......But they have no sense of urgency.

I did get a loaner today, they said they will back charge Sellantis for this. I know they are now working on it after 3 days cause I got a notification from my Ram app. Brake system failure and anti lock brake failure. They said today still don't know what is wrong with it. I told them I am now afraid to do anything to the truck. I told the service manager I have already ordered a AFE catback exhaust and my concern with the cats. he told me the cat back system will not void my warranty. That's good news! When I find out the problem I will let everyone know, hopefully it will help someone else.

They gave me a Jeep Compass. So at least I don't need to worry that anymore. Thanks Faze!
