Another RHO Down!

It is funny, I parked the truck for 5 days and the volt was at 13.2. After the 5 days it went straight to 14.1 on start up. And that’s where it’s been hovering.

There was another weird thing yesterday. I parked the truck and turned off the ignition. While still in the truck I had to send a few text messages. After a few minutes, I heard that weird clicking again. The same as when the battery died. I put my foot on the brake pedal to start the truck but the pedal was just stuck in place, unable to move it. Released the brake pedal and turned on the ignition. Now the brake pedal felt normal again, not completely stiff.

This truck is like a woman, if you think you got it figured out...
I got nothing then. These trucks are finicky as fuck and I am beginning to think RAM is not going to figure much out. I have 2600 miles on my truck, the first 1500 I had issues, just went over 1000 miles with no problems then this morning I start my truck and the forward collision was simply turned off. The little car hitting the starfish light was on but no warnings to bring it in for service, it is as if the car decided to turn that feature off. Car voltage was sitting at 14.4v.

Thank you everyone. Like I said This is my 7th Ram, All has been good with a few minor issues. But this one.......Hopefully they will fix it or get me a replacement! I am afraid to now do any modifications to it....This is why I wanted this truck to mod it out. Thx

Right before my truck broke down the Blind spot monitoring lights came on........I turned off the truck for some time then proceeded to drive home then the truck just died on the highway. After towing to the dealer they said it was one of the fuel pumps and module. Be careful these little electronic nuisances could be telling us something else is going to happen.

Lol - for the first 1500 miles I had BSM and ACC issues constantly popping up then would go away after I turned the car off and let them sit. It could be related for sure but I am no stranger to the BSM, ACC, etc. status symbols at this point. Some of you guys are ballers and have multiple vehicles you can drive, this is my daily and don't have a second car (other than my wife's) so if this dies while driving I will get it fixed then sell and move on. I wish I could use this as more of a toy but I need a reliable truck for myself and the fam.

I had a new fault yesterday afternoon. Started the truck & my center screen was gray. There was a message (from memory, as I didn’t get a picture), “Uconnect module failure. Contact your local authorized Ram dealer for replacement.”

I turned the truck off, then restarted & the message was gone…center screen acting normal. Anyone else get this message?

Not yet, haha. But I remember some posts about this issue. And I’m pretty sure the fault remained and screens had to be changed.
