I don't think that's the issue. Wagoneers have the same issue and they don't have self-driving.

Not that you should have to for 14 days, but I wonder how well storage mode would work? Might be worth doing if you know it'll be a few days, given the battery issues this truck has.

I was just checking that out in the manual. I wonder if all communication is shut down in storage mode and why the mode is specific to the RHO. I have so many questions lol

Can you guys help me understand the logistics of these chargers? I get it if I have my vehicle parked at home for a prolonged period of time. I have a power outlet available in that case, can pop the hood and charge, etc.

What options are there for prolonged times when you’re not at home? For example, I do a few week long trips a year where my vehicle is at the airport. I also do one to two 7-9 day hunting trips where my truck is in remote country while I backpack out. In that second case, I’m in a really tough situation with a dead battery when I return. Usually off the grid, minimal signal, and certainly no flatbed tow truck is coming to save the day.

What did you decide for the prolonged situations?
