Can someone please share a simple pro con vs JB4? Any difference in power levels, future E 85 support, or anything else? I know Cat6 includes throttle map options which Jb4 doesn't right?

If you are considering E85, it’s JB4 for you. Correct on throttle control. Otherwise, they do the same thing but JB4 allows more customization overall. That’s about it.

Damn you... I only have 338 miles on mine! Tonneau cover is going on this weekend though! But looking at it, how are they measuring RW horsepower. I thought the only way to do that was with a tazer. What's it actually putting down to 4W hp?

I don't think many guys have done a AWD dyno on these.

Looks like everyones been doing them with the front shaft removed.

Know this though…any indication of E85 voids your warranty. It’s stated clearly in the owners manual.

E85 breaks down your oil quickly...Unless you plan on changing your oil every 3k I would avoid it with a daily driver.

We only get 91 octane in Colorado . I see the Cat6 has 3 maps, but the 2nd and 3rd say for 93 octane. can i still run those on 91, or should I mix in a couple gallons of e85 to run those?

Yeah in Las Vegas we only have 91. I know of one gas station that has 100 but that's expensive for a daily. Doing any of these tuners I'll be stuck to map 1 and barely scratching the surface of what they are capable of. Hell even 91 is $5 at costco. In the last 30 days 91 has gone from 4.89 to 5.39

If you are selecting a 93 octane tune, the vehicle will need to be running 93 octane fuel. If only 91 octane is available in your area, you will need to use the 91 octane option.

Okay, dumb question. I have a cat 6 still in unwrapped box and been waiting for my trailer recall part to come in.
I'm dying to put this in but don't want to go through the hassle of taking it out.
So here is the dumb question, do you leave the wiring in or tuck it away? I assume pull it out as I would think there would be questions but .
Just want to get on this thing and see what it can do.......help.

Leave the wiring under the dash there.

But unplug it from the OBD port

Yeah, I figured the one going through the fire would stay. Not doing that over and over.
Just curious as truck has been great but if there is some update it needs don't want in there.
