Exhaust - Magnaflow vs AWE vs MRT vs Others

I went with dual Vibrant resonators (5" diameter and 18" long total) installed staggered to reduce drone and removed the valves and it's a touch deeper and louder but... meh. Will give it a little more time to break in as they are densely packed and may loosen and deepen a little.

If not I plan to give the Flowmaster FX a try or the same thing from Magnaflow #12599. I don't want a loud I6 for sure but deep smooth tone and a decent bark on start up is a must have. Tough to really make a call off videos though. Hoping to just run into someone with an RHO and custom setup in DFW/N Texas lol

Anyone have any idea what Hennessy did to their new Mammoth 700 RHO from and exhaust perspective? Sounds good to me in the videos.. definitely a different idle sound than stock.

Those of us that have just swapped mufflers/resonators and left the rest of the exhaust stock: anyone seal up or remove the stock passive resonators in the rear? Looks like little square screens... these with the stock exhaust keep the drone down but I find with the louder/deeper Vibrant resonators I have in place of the stock muffler (and no valves) they just sound like exhaust leak, mainly on cold start.

Someone posted a while back that they did that on their TRX. If I recall correctly it sounded like the takeaway was slight change in tone and it primarily made the system a bit louder.

The TRX has an awesome tone, RHO not so much, so results on the TRX probably doesn’t translate to results on the RHO.

Let us know how it goes if you try it.

Maybe cover them with a clamp to see how it sounds?

Nope, no time for it. Crazy busy lately..

Did this exhaust get delayed another year? 2027 models?

He posted last week. He has no idea when Corsa will release the final sound clips or the exhaust itself. All he knows is that they took his truck to record a video with the supposedly final sound clips last month. But it seems like Corsa just keeps moving the goal posts, this cycle has seemingly been going on for 2 years…

Corsa’s marketing department has backed themselves into a corner here. After 2 years of a publicized run up it’s either going to be a colossal success or a colossal failure. Nothing short of stupendous results will be a success story with a 2+ year public launch.

Corsa is certainly capable of producing a system that makes others pale in comparison. But you have to ask yourself, how much R&D has actually been invested on this one product that has a very small market share? How much R&D into this one product actually makes business sense? It’s fair to assume that it’s very limited, despite the time it takes to bring the product to market.

I’m still hoping they knock it out of the park with a system that produces a unique, deep, smooth tone for the RHO. If they do, I’ll be the 1st to sing its praises and the tortured path to success will be quickly forgotten.

Hey everyone,

I just bought my 2026 RHO last week and have been reading through the forums on exhaust recommendations. I decided to email Corsa yesterday and try to get an update. They emailed me back saying:

Hello,

It is slated to be released at the end of May.

Thank You,

Corsa Performance

It is my understanding it has been “coming out” for a while now so not sure it will actually happen but figured I would share.
