Those direct fit ones are for the HO Limited and Tungsten.

Hit an exhaust shop and have them cut out the stock muff and valves. The space left is perfect for that Flowmaster muffler at the link. They just weld in the new one...easy. Best $300 I've spent on the truck.

I have always loved Flowmasters and I put them on most of my vehicles....of all things...a friend of mine put them on his modded WRXs...they sounds AMAZING with that flat four...

Has anyone tried the muffler FLOWMASTER FLOW FX DIRECT FIT MUFFLER? It says not compatible with RHO but it is for all the other HO platforms? Any idea why? Is it because of the valves?
I’d love to be able to maintain at least one of the factory connections and hangers if they’re actually compatible.

Looks like from the picture the RHO exhaust path is different. Both of these crossover at the same point looking at the pictures. I’m not laying underneath my truck right now, but that might be the problem.

Cut out stock muff and valves, have shop weld this in its place.
