Yep and these make perfect sense to me because you pay a bit of a premium for a hassle free install in the driveway.

I got the extremes. I’m an instant gratification type of person and I wanted something I could install fairly quick without a lift or didn’t want to wait to schedule an appointment at the shop to have a whole cat-back system installed. The amount of time I spent on my back installing the mid pipes was about my limit for working with my arms over my head!! Shoulders are shot. No way I was installing the whole cat-back setup on my back. And I like them. Probably a little loud for some on a cold start and when getting on it and there is some minor drone. But all in all , for the price , and an hour or 2 to install, was worth it for me . YMMV

I would have done the same if I was in Michigan!! Install wasn’t too bad but for some god forsaken reason , I could not get the drivers side tailpipe centered exactly to the rear bumper channel and it’s driving me friggin nuts. Think I’m going to have the guys fix it for me when it goes in for an oil change while it’s on the lift. Goddam OCD

I am going to go with the extreme. Will be a few before I pull the trigger. I have to find the time which is easier said than done with School and sports back on for the kids. I would just do it myself but I dont feel confident enough to hack apart the exhaust to install.

I don't see where MBRP has listed this for the RHO? The diagram on the MBRP website also shows a different design for the SO versus what 797 shows for the RHO? You can add it to your cart on 797 Performance as well, so one would assume it is available. However, I can't find a sound clip anywhere?

Sorry they all pretty much sound the same, and i am saying that is not a bad thing. Just saying it's your choice and preference. If your happy that is all that matters, and I haven't really heard anyone complain about their choice. Like I said before to each their own enjoy it.

How can they claim no drone when it is just straight piped? They all sound the same to me also.

I drove my MF xMOD with no valves and straight pipe and the drone was TERRIBLE...I went back and just added the valves and now the sound is perfect ...so Im sure all these other offerings with a straight pipe no valves cat-back set up will have terrible drone. Just my opinion...but I did help develop the MF kits and we went through a LOT of sound testing...

You have any drive by or cab videos, Mikey?

I still think this approach makes most sense. The major sound optimization is coming from this section of the exhaust. The remaining $1000 is replacing 3” tubing with 3” tubing.

Also, I would LOVE for someone to come out with an electronic valve control system.
