First problem... brake pedal and shifter noise

Well I have good news boys, I've had the shop replace the brake master cylinder and the noise is now gone. I had to wait a week for it to get cold enough to verify. Usually the issues would start at -8C and it went to -20C lastnight, which is where it would be even more noticeable everytime I would lightly touch the brakes. Could not recreate the sound, so hopefully this is the fix.
Very interesting... Definitely going to be passing this info on to the dealership. Thanks for the followup!

Well looks like I celebrated to early, just got back now from a drive and as I pulled into my garage I heard the noise again. Was able to get it to keep rattling again. It seemed like it was gone but it must have something to do with the vacuum booster system.

I’m also frustrated with same issue. Any luck?

So I got some time to look under the hood and it appears this brake booster does not use a vacuum assist source. It is controlled via a physical positioner that actuates an electric high pressure pump connected to a billet distributor block. It has a wire harness that connects to it and the brake fluid reservoir mounts directly on top of it which appears to have a low level switch indicator. Here's some pics along with a part number and the link to the part so you can at least see how it is configured. Looks like it mounts through the firewall where the brake pedal must have a lever mechanism that modulates the ball end connector rod which must control pump pressure / output. https://store.mopar.ca/oem-parts/mopar-power-brake-booster-68738282aa

Maybe when the pump gets cold and you just barely touch the pedal its just rapidly turning on and off because its not getting quite enough signal for full run which causes the noise and feeling in the pedal. I'd be curious if I just put some insulation wrap on the cylinder which comes out from the billet distributor block ( which i'm thinking must be the pump) will stop this from happening. It would receive cold air flow from the hood scoop that has 3 distributors that go to the back of the engine bay as well.

We've been rocking anywhere from -10 to -30 dang near everyday for a week and mine has been making noise at me everytime I touch the pedal.

Same here in cold weather. My noise isn’t as significant as the first video, but still making a lot of noises that I’ve never heard before above freezing temperatures.

Noticed the brake "rattle" noise for the first time this past week with the cold snap. It isn't every time but it is there. Mine is very subtle not as loud as the vids here.

Didn't see a definitive answer here - but do we know if there is any harm/risk outside just being an annoying sound?

I haven't heard of any further issues outside of the noise... but it would really suck if someone comes back and is like "oh hey, my brakes went out on a busy road"

Well, I pick my 26 in two days...supposed to be -20 where I am...I'm hoping there is nothing, or its going right back.

Mine is making this subtle rattling noise also. Started when the weather got really cold.

Is there any clarity on the issue? As an ever increasing number of us are experiencing this issue

Mine does the same thing. It only rattles at low speed/stopped like when I let off the brake, inch forward, and hit the brake again right away. It only started when temps really dropped. And for some reason now that its the coldest its been all year my remote start isn’t working for the 2nd day in a row

App and fob both not working?

Both fobs are not working. I figured I would use the other one today to make sure it wasn’t the fob. My dash says remote start disabled.

That's weird. I don't know what causes that besides low voltage and low fuel.

There’s a variety of triggers to disable
Remote start.
