Has anyone had a dead battery?

I guess you're the one who couldn't figure out that there was a reason why I couldn't get it to the dealer sooner. I knew there'd be one.
Thank you for being patient with me. English is not my first language.

Thank you for the constructive reply. I did open a case with FCA but I'm not optimistic. By the way I've now owned the truck for 46 days and it has been at the dealer for more than 30 of those days. This definitely meets the lemon law in my state, so I guess I'll have to get an attorney.
That's not really an option commonly available. What you should be doing is researching lemon law in your state and opening a retention case with Ram. The buyback will come from Ram, not the dealer, if at all. And if they are not interested in doing that, you need to be documenting everything so that you can open a lemon law case and handle it that way.

You guys are freaking me out. Is it worth it to go ahead and change the batteries even if there has been not issues? I do a lot of camping and hiking and do not want to get stranded at the trail head or some off beat camp site.

Get a solar trickle charger or high amp jump start power bank … problem solved 😊 - I bought the Gooloo GT4000S battery pack to keep in my truck for this reason.

What amperage is needed at a minimum for the battery pack?

The 2025 Ram 1500 RHO comes from the factory with two 700 CCA (Cold-Cranking Amps) batteries. Scroll down the page to the All Features, then select the "Specs" section. There it shows the Primary and Secondary Batteries as 700 Cold Cranking Amps each.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09M9HQG73?tag=ramrho-20 has 4000 amps. The item I purchased was the Gooloo GT4000S.
I have a 2000amp I will through in the truck just in case. Should be enough, right? Hate that we even have to worry about this

My dealer told me both batteries failed so replaced both. Haven't had any issues since.
Fingers crossed for me, that’s the best possible outcome, just dropped mine off this morning, 271 miles

Had mine towed in Saturday...got back Tuesday with 2 new batteries...let the fun begin.

I think I stated this before, had almost 5k miles when it died. Jumped it with my trusty MX-5 and they replaced both batteries without even testing them. They said they do it all the time.

Said I shouldn’t have any issues going forward but if I do they’ll have to investigate further.
