How easily is RHO stolen?

I live in a very safe area of Wisconsin so do not worry about it. But 2 weeks ago I came home from a Mexico vacation to find my window shattered at Ohare airport. They broke in looking for anything they could. Oddly enough didn't find my handgun and left my girlfriends laptop but stole her winter jacket? Found out later my ladies keys were in her jacket for some reason... do not get me started... and I keep a spare on her keys... They could have easily just drove the truck off. Moral of the story, if someone wants in, they will get in and still doesn't even guarantee they will take the truck. A lot of them are clueless low lives.

So if a key was in the truck, it must have been unlocked, correct? I’m pretty sure it won’t let you lock it with a key inside.

Not that it matters, but if that’s the case, the bastards didn’t even try the door handle before they broke the window.

Factory no, with compustar yes you can lock it inside. They don’t check doors, the interior light turns on, they break and climd, no alarm that way

Correct. Truck was locked, they just didn't seem to check. But could have started it right up and drove off. Let's just say... learning experience for the gf...

I'm curious about this as well. I've heard the new Atlantis architecture supposedly has new "features" to prevent theft, but can't find details anywhere.

Don't forget if the thieves want anything bad enough, they'll just drag it up onto a rollback at 3am and be down the road.

Best anti-theft is a motion alarm and then shooting them out of your bedroom window with a some 5.56 (I'd get life in prison for this in NJ )

Just had IGLA & COMPUSTAR T-13 with DRONE installed! $2400 yea it's a lot of money, but so worth the peace of mind!! Installer had it over night and I picked it up last Saturday. Sunday morning I woke up to 2 missed calls from my neighbor. I called her back and she asked if I could check my security cameras cause her niece had her car stolen that Easter morning at 7:50 am!! It was a a Hyundai which are very easy to steal, but it was amazing to see they had it out of the driveway in less than 2 minutes! I had INSTANT thoughts that I just made the BEST investment and that this would 99.9% never happen to me. So if your thinking of getting an anti-theft system get the best you can and get the IGLA & COMPUSTAR T-13!!

Whole-heartedly agree. I have that setup on my TRX, and I don’t worry about it being stolen at all. Broken window, maybe, but the truck will still be there.

Dumb idea. They see no throttle, reach up, unplug it and plug factory back in. They do that with all pedal controllers

No throttle on a mopar means 3 things, throttle controller, tazer or valet mode in uconnect. Since only one is viable on a rho its a no brainer. Good luck
