Well, you say all this and it sounds just peachy, but when we contact you via PM my personal experience so far isHello!
Popping in to say we're here for anyone personally experiencing misfire concerns with their RHOs. We welcome any and all PMs!

I think it depends on which cylinder or how many are misfiring and how often. From personal experience, it can be something as mild as loss of power or delay in responsiveness, or on the more problematic side, rough jerky feeling when accelerating. If bad enough it can lead to the vehicle stalling out. This happened to me on a brand new 2010 Santa Fe. We managed to lemon law it because the manufacturer had 3 attempts to fix it and failed, while it also was a massive safety hazard since it stalled out in the middle of an intersection. Anyway, that's my experience with it.probably stupid question... but what does a misfire feel or sound like?
You always have Lemon law. Check your states rules on it. I think AZ is 3 times with the same issueWell, you say all this and it sounds just peachy, but when we contact you via PM my personal experience so far is
It takes a couple of days to get a Response from Ram Cares
And the response is to request data like VIn. Which I did in the first PM
And then a Few days later they call you saying they re talking to the dealer and they will contact again next working day
And then after 3 days and you haven’t heard anything and you call them
First You get voice mail
And then you go thru various prompts to get a real person (possibly in the Philippines) they say “oh sorry I was on vacation” and “I’m not a technical person”
Blah blah
I may sound frustrated. I am. My $85K vehicle has been in the shop for 2 weeks for the third time with the same problem. With no solution And my dealer is waiting on Stellantis to give them possible fixes (guesses!) one by one trying for what is clearly a known problem
Ram Cares can take a flying leap for all I care, my guess is they are an AI driven stalling tactic to cover stellantis’ backsides.
Correct and thanks. But I’d prefer not to have to deal with all that and have a vehicle that did what’s it’s supposed to doYou always have Lemon law. Check your states rules on it. I think AZ is 3 times with the same issue
Ram cares is a myth. They don’t existI am currently experiencing a CEL codes are stating multiple cylinder misfire issues. However, the car is driving just fine. @RamCares how should I proceed
If able, please DM us with your VIN and the CEL codes showing. We would like to cross reference the concern to see if any documentation or routes of support exist.I am currently experiencing a CEL codes are stating multiple cylinder misfire issues.
