Thank you this is exactly what I was looking for!!!!!! I didn't see this in any of my searching not sure what you looked up to get there but thank you. I actually like it behind the glass so there isn't anything gawdy on the truck or holes to cut. I'd likely do it rear window if tint doesn't mess it up but that's perfect!

After a week of troubleshooting I was finally able to set up Phone as a key on iOS. For future reference apparently you need to have a fully charged battery before you can complete set up (so drive for like 15-20 minutes) and not follow the instructions on your phone or uconnect system but instead follow the instructions in the Mopar video

Can you confirm what version of the app you are using. Is this just the RAM app in the App Store? I opened it and it said it was updating in the app but so far nothing. I have version 1.98.3

So it has nothing to do with the app version, your vehicle services will have to be updated within the app for the tile to show up. Again, the plan is to roll it out to everyone in Q3

The app works great but with the Level 1 we are supposed to have the addition of the physical digital key that looks like a credit card and then the ability to completely leave your keys behind and use your phone. Essentially we’ll be able to walk up and tap our doors with our phone to unlock and then set the phone on the wireless charging spot and start the truck. It works the same way as tap to pay except they haven’t launched it yet.

Everyone with a Level 1 has a keycard...mine was in the center console. All that works, keycard opens the truck and starts.

While this is true, the keycard placement can be fussy and a bit of a PIA. I haven't found the sweet spot yet to get it to operate reliably on the first attempt. This is particularly true when unlocking the vehicle.

Gotta work on your technique bro...all the years of practice, my finger placement is spot on.

My dealership lost my card. And they don’t even know what to do. My salesman told me he’ll go to the dealership’s hq on Monday and ask about it.
Anyone lost the key or didn’t receive it and have already go through the process of getting a new card?
I would really need some help or pointers at this point.

Initially I thought mine didn’t work. They told me to throw the card out and that I couldn't get a new one.
