Phone as key

My dealership lost my card. And they don’t even know what to do. My salesman told me he’ll go to the dealership’s hq on Monday and ask about it.
Anyone lost the key or didn’t receive it and have already go through the process of getting a new card?
I would really need some help or pointers at this point.
Me and they are on national back order. 5 months and counting. Still don't have one.

My salesman got back to me. The card is CAD$39 and service charge to set it up is CAD$120. I’ve scheduled an appointment for tomorrow to set it up.

Are you in the states? I live in Toronto and they have the card right now. I asked for it today and they’ll set the new card up for me tomorrow.

Update:
Just got back from my dealership, and they do have the card in stock. They've tried to pair it to my head unit, but not working.
Mopar tech support told them to drive the car around to make it pair, but they've drove for an hour or so it still won't register the new card.

So here's the funny part, the card + the process is CAD$39 + $120 + labour if it works. But it didn't.
So now they‘re saying there might be something wrong with my head unit, and they're going to replace it.
And this replacement counts as a head unit defect and is covered by the warranty.
So to pair a new card, I have to have my head unit replaced now, which is a bigger pain in the a@#, but it's completely free now.

Thats because you need a new SPAAK module as well along with the card. It doesnt program to the radio. It is programmed to the RFHub just like a FOB. As far as I know, and I know a little they cannot just program a new card only.

You're nuts for letting them do that for card functionality. Absolutely nuts.

No, you don’t have to replace the Digital Key Control Module (what I’m assuming you’re referring to as SPAAK module) to program a new card. The cards get programmed to this module, not the RF Hub. You can keep programming new cards to the module (up to eight can be programmed to the module), and cards can be removed from the module as well, to make room for new ones if there are already 8 programmed.

It’s possible the tech didn’t enter the Unique ID number on the back of the card correctly when trying to program it. The number needs to be entered in reverse of how it is shown on the card.

You are correct, though, that it doesn’t program to the radio, and the radio replacement won’t solve @meochan issue.

Thank you so much for this information!
I've let my salesman know and he’ll talk to the service department first thing in the morning.

Thank you everyone for all the replies.
Hopefully this time we can make it work.

So my dealership told me they're not even at the "entering key card's unique ID" step yet. They don't even know how to initiate the step to program the key card. They told me they don't know how to do it so they said they'll give me the keycard tomorrow and ask me to try elsewhere.
Is this something I can do myself? Or I guess I'll have to go and find a dealership that knows how to do this.

Nearly Q4 now, and the digital key still isn’t a feature. What the fuck RAM, that’s pretty much false advertising for a truck I purchased a year ago to still not have an advertised feature.

On the Ram website it shows that the 2026 models have the digital key available now, I wonder if that is actually true or if it is also (very) late availability like the 2025.

For 90k Ram can at least update our sh$t, the truck isn't even a year old smh
