Look up driveshaft clunkAnyone else feel a little kick when at a stop light then proceeding to accelerate? For example being braked at a red light then accerating you can feel the truck shift into first, you could feel the transmission and when coming to a stop with the auto start stop enabled feeling a kick or clunk?
Just as an FYI, the ATX4 6.2L (L87) issue isn’t lifters…it’s cheap rod bearings. That’s how I ended up in an RHO. Finishing up my case with GM right nowI had a gen3 raptor that had a ton of issues, some electrical, which is why I sold it and you would think everything would of been straightened out by now this far into it. Also looking back at gen2's it took a long time to get cam phasers figured out and the wastegate rattle and the plastic oil pans and people constantly having to have their trans re-flashed for shifting problems. Prior to purchasing an rho I looked at tundras(major engine failures) and a GMC at4x with a 6.2(lifter problems). Its all a roll of the dice even if the product is not new lol
My dad just got the recall notice in the mail last week for his escalade with the 6.2 in it. He has no issues as of right now at least thoughJust as an FYI, the ATX4 6.2L (L87) issue isn’t lifters…it’s cheap rod bearings. That’s how I ended up in an RHO. Finishing up my case with GM right now
yes I get that too, apparently it's the driveshaft issue, TRX guys have these issues too and are replacing driveshafts for aftermarket onesAnyone else feel a little kick when at a stop light then proceeding to accelerate?
