Do you have a CEL on the dash? My light went off and haven't done anything sense. I'll be curious if they come back after you clear them. I don't have a code reader to see if they're still there, probably needs to be my next purchase so i don't have to go to the dealership.

Yes the light came on while i was driving. So when i got home i ran the scan tool and thats what it gave me. I will see how it goes tomorrow.

@GregM keep us in the loop.

@jlight26 hows it going with yours?
Update from mine who originally posted the thread. Took it in to get checked out and they did wiring troubleshooting and tested the fuel etc checked injectors and everything and all was running fine. CEL switched off and have driven about 700 miles since with no issues. Hopefully it stays that way.

My CEL just came on this morning on my way to work. I've got 2300 miles on it. Solid light, not flashing. Nothing seems unusual with the engine. Note: remote start also does not work with a CEL.
Another interesting fact is that when I went to look at my Ram ap, I was logged out and had to log back in. This has never happened before. Mayne coincidence. Maybe not.
Anyway, I don't know how to check the engine codes, as I do not have any sort of scanner; I assume that's how everyone else was checking their error codes.
For those of you that have had this issue, has the CEL gone away on its own? Worth a trip to the dealer(such a pain in the ass)? Any other advice anyone has is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!!

I don't have a scanner either, went to AutoZone and they scanned it. Mine went away on its own after about 3-4 days, used google and this forum to decide to not panic.

Thanks! I had the Blindspot indicators/Auto emergency braking warning come on at about 500 miles. They went away in a day or two after I cleaned the sensors (possibly a coincidence, possibly not). I figured since the CEL wasn't flashing and I didn't notice any obvious performance issues, I'd give it a couple of days before I took to the dealer. Thanks!

Fingers crossed for you … maybe it’s pissed at the slightly warmer/above freezing weather

Ha!! So true. I don’t think it’s ever seen temps above 50 degrees before today.

Regarding the app, I think there may have been an app update pushed as I was also logged out (last Friday) and had to log back in (and also the first time I was ever logged out).

Just my guess but I think it was just a coincidence for your case.

Cool. That's good to know. I had no idea if it was related or not.

App update last month for sure (at least on iOS)
