So now for the serious question. Those of you who do sourdough (either for bread or pizza or both, like me) - what is your starter’s name?
Mine is Jolene. It’s an inside joke, because my wife thinks I love my starter more than her. But it’s also a bit fitting because Dolly Parton lives across the road from me.

That hilarious because my wife’s starter is “Doughlene” Check out her Only Fa…. I mean the Instagram account she has

So not to totally derail this thread but since I’ve lost 28lbs since January (down to 184). I rewarded myself with gluttony today. The final spot was my favorite pizza chain. Here is where I went in order. Well over 5k calories I’m sure
