Weird feeling suspension

I am late to the party here, but my favorite for everyday driving is everything set to sports mode except the transmission. I set it to street.
It definitely helps reduce the Cadillac bounce which has been the toughest thing to get used to. Custom mode is the only way I can get all of this to happen. I just wish you could change the default start up mode, or have the option to start up in the last mode that was used.
It seems like a very simple thing to have as an option when you consider all of the tech on these trucks.?

Tazer isn't available yet for the 2025+ CAN architecture. It's aftermarket (typically costs ~$300).

I use Auto mode with suspension set to Sport and steering set to Rock. Great combo.

This setup has changed my (driving) life, not being sarcastic.

Seems strange. I’ve NEVER bottomed out on anything I’ve hit…and I’ll hit things just because….speed bumps? Ha! Never slow down for those anymore…nor really any road impediments…is the dip more like a drop off?

I’ve never bottomed out or experienced bouncing over speed bumps in my RHO, but don’t have anything relevant to compare it to.

What’s everyone’s favorite drive mode for gravel roads? I’ve only driven on them a couple of times for short periods and bounced around from auto, to Baja, to my custom setting which is essentially all sport. Can’t say if either were better for speeds up to 30 mph. I imagine Baja would be best for high speeds but not realistic to blast through the gravel roads in my area.

Any suggestions/favorites?

There's a 10-mile dirt road from the highway to my gun range, with lots of ups and downs. I use Baja mode to great effect The more compliant suspension is great for unpredictable potholes, etc., at 90+ mph (in Mexico, of course).

I find it hard to believe antbody has bottomed out the suspension on one of these trucks driving it on city streets unless theres something TERRIBLY wrong with it !!!

Completely agree. There are guys jumping these things, some pictures are showing more than minor jumps, too.

Last time I rotated tires I had to take a picture. It’s pretty amazing how far this suspension travels. I need a taller jack and stands

You're supposed to jack the rear from the axle. And that's why...

Only had one Jack and my stands weren’t tall enough to hold both sides of the front up, so I had to improvise

Put the stands under the rear and use your jack at the front one side at a time
