What did you do to your RHO Today?

Changed the cabin air filter after just over a year of driving. Couldn’t believe how much crap was in it. Super easy, definitely recommend.

Is it easier to smell your farts?

Added some red accents and JB4 from @Nick797 . Install was painless and once I get my doctrine from MIT I’ll know how/what to set it on. Any help as to what MAP /firmware, blah blah fucking blah would be helpful!! Thanks in advance!!

Me too. Unfortunately, no pics. Drove the truck a little over 2 hours southwest and hit 107 twice while passing people in Mexico. Then did a 40-mile gravel race with 4,750 feet of climbing. 10-mile dirt road blast in Baja running about 75 on the way back out. The drive and the race were both super fun!

"Some" is doing heavy lifting here.

Well, woke up to a dead truck after installing the JB4. Anyone have this issue after install?

Did you do a battery disconnect while doing the install?

Yes. This may be a stupid question but here goes…….. is the OBD cable supposed to stay connected to OBD connection under the dash all the time ?

Not a stupid question. On the DS, it is there mainly to clear codes etc but doesn’t have to be connected. I can’t say with certainty but suspect yours is the same.

Stays connected since my friend had his. Changes Bluetooth settings and real time app data. No battery issues either. Unrelated, but have you charged or tested the batteries. Kinda a thing.

Haven’t tested them but my truck sits all week long as I’m away every week for work, and have never had an issue even through winter. But I know others haves a big problems with the factory battery. Was hoping I was an exception

You know , the more I think about this, I may have reconnected the batteries before connecting the OBD cable as I had the doors locked and needed to get in the cab. Not sure how that caused the battery drain overnight but who knows. Truck ran flawlessly after the install. Anyways, will try again next weekend and make sure to keep the batteries disconnected until all connections are made.

If it matters, my friend has never disconnected the batteries during install or removal. Just the truck sleep procedure

I do it just out of precaution but even if I hadn’t, I’m not sure how that correlates to the batteries being drained. I could see error codes or a CEL , but not a parasitic draw. Again, what the hell do I know. I’ll give it another try next weekend but if not , there’ll be a JB4 for sale at a discount!!

Installed Eibach rear sway bar with core 4x4 links and aluminum spacer block. The blocks are necessary to keep the sway bar from wrapping up against the spring pads at full droop. I also used +4 or 15.25” trail links for the same reason. The Trail links have Johnny joints in the lower end of them. At full droop they rotate around with the sway bar about 75°. Regular bushings would not rotate enough to work.
