What did you do to your RHO Today?

Get the weight of the truck off of it. Better yet take the wheel off and lay it flat. Get your self a torque wrench a cold drink and start crisscrossing in two lbs increments. I’ve run bead locks off road for years. I’ve never had that happen. I bet your shop didn’t do it that way. Usually takes me over a thousand moves of the torque wrench to do a full set. Do all five of them that way. I personally use a shop bar stool to support mine. You can sit on a second stool and rotate the tire as you go. Saves your back

They for sure just used a small impact or power ratchet and didn’t loctite and torque

Got it started with cables off my 4Runner. Took it to autozone since it showed a CEL. It threw about 8 codes because the batteries died. They tested the batteries and they both showed good thankfully.

I have never used lock tight on a bead lock ring. I have used anti seize, but I’m East Tennessee. We have a lot of talcum powder mud in between the rocks. Anti seize is our friend here.

I appreciate it!! I'll be doing this tonight!

Woke up to a dead truck. Great timing as I leave for Colorado off-road activities today (meeting up with FullThrottleRick from TRX forum). Gonna jump it and hope for the best. I’m sure it’ll need batteries. Will I be able to get by jumping it for the weekend?
That would be a iffy one to trust. If it jumps and charges back to normal it could be fine. If your not seeing normal voltage while driving I would replace before going off road and out in the middle of no where.
Mine jumped fine and showed normal voltage while driving but wasn't actually maintaining a proper charge. It would start every time after the jump but the batteries were so shot that the voltage would dip too low causing a ton of CELs. It was always enough juice to get it started and running and the charging system to take over. But every time I started it and the voltage dipped it wouldn't constantly retrigger the CELs, never allowing them to clear out.

That's what the dealer told me

Got the batteries tested both showed good. Threw about 8 battery related codes I had cleared. On the highway now showing 13.9v and no CEL’s

Paint correction and ceramic coating.

Sheesh.......I wonder why they needed so many weights to balance the tires.....

Those look finger tight. I’d take them these photos and demand a refund of the labor. That’s ridiculous!
They were very tight, the issue was that they didn't seat the tire correctly before tightening the bolts. They also had He-man do the lug nuts....not pleased with their work. I circled where the tire was set and they clamped onto it.

Horrible. Good thing you double checked that was a recipe for disaster!

I took the RHO on a 80 MPH Texas Toll road yesterday to truly test the hands-free drive mode.
It worked flawlessly.
I never thought I would get comfortable using this option but I am sold now.
This truck is truly high performance in every facet.

Mine likes to hug the passenger side quite a bit, makes me nervous. Was yours centered in the lane?

Mine hugs the passenger side as well. I did just have some software updates done at the dealer, including for the collision avoidance system, so I’m hoping that helps but I haven’t tested the hands free driving yet.

I traded the RHO in this past weekend. My GM offered a trade-in value I couldn't say no to, and gave me a smoking deal on a Durango RT 392 that lowered my payment $350+ a month. So much easier to park in the garage, and gives me something fun to drive until TRX time ;);)
I removed the JB4 tuner, the OEM bead lock wheels, and 37x13.50's Ridge Grapplers, if anyone in the Houston area wants them.
How much you thinking on the wheels?

I'm down for some colorado off roading

It was centered for the most part but there were moments while passing semis that I wanted to grab the wheel but didn't.
