What did you do to your RHO Today?

You know for some odd reason, my auto start/stop hasn’t come on AT ALL since taking delivery of my truck last month. Every time I drive it and stop at a red light the motor stays on. Never shuts off at all. I’ve pressed the button to turn it off and it doesn’t do anything lol

If you have a lot of heat or AC running, it won't shut off. All winter long I didn't have to worry about pressing the button. Once spring started and I wasn't using heat, reality kicked in.

Yeah I live in Miami, FL so I usually keep the AC on 4-5 and constantly have my ventilated seats on as well.

Glad it was so simple. I think I’ll be ordering as well. I hate when I forget and realize the air coming out of the ducts isn’t the same temp and that pause when you take your foot off the brake before it refires.

Yeah my problem was that first stop light i was reminded that i didn't turn it off. Def comes in handy. But will be replaced after the 2025 Ram1500 Tazer is released, if it ever is

So is the small battery needed if this mod is done? Or will it just stay there to remind us of what a bad idea that was?
I’m also curious as to how the dealership bypassed it in the one post I read. They should just do it if asked by the owner to turn that crap off.

To those who also own a Black RHO - don't let the OCD take you over. Just leave the splatter on it. Being the rainy part of the year, I have gone without a car wash for a week now. The black does show every splatter. The first week I was obsessed with it and then N. Texas is doing its thing. I'll wait a bit to wash it again....

We installed the ONINE Landing Zone 7" Integral Stamped Running Boards Custom Fit 2019-2025 Dodge Ram 1500 New Body, found on Amazon. They are a steal for the quality. I love them! Plus, I did 5% on all windows, but haven’t decided what to do if anything to the windshield.
