Thank you. They reached out to me and gave me a case number to give my dealer that addresses this particular issue. We'll see but I'm impressed with their responsiveness nonetheless.

That's really good. I had a similar experience with them on the case number but at the end of the day they (us?) are at the mercy of the dealership. The first time around with the issue for me they had to take the interior apart and asked if they could leave it that way while they waited for a part. Naively I agreed to it trying to be a good person in the whole thing but a few days turned into 10. The part supply was out of their control but it sucked not having the truck. Fortunately I had a company vehicle to get and forth to work and I did not push the issue for a loaner. The second time I did make sure they approved a loaner for me.
