yellow explody warning (how my wife described it) | anyone else?

Question all you guys having these problems have level 1 ? Part of the reason I ordered mine without hoping to avoid some of these problems.
Mine has the Level 1 package, pano sunroof and factory offroad steps.

If you want us to look into your customer care case again @Frenzy let us know! We can see if we can get things going.

I appreciate it but I SHOULD be getting a call from my case manager today about progress so we'll see where we are there first

Ok got the call from the dealership service department and apparently now the battery and aux battery are bad and needed to be charged out. It’s weird that when the truck was in the shop a month ago both batteries were fine. They said they even tested to see if there was any parasitic draw and nothing was pulling up?

This is what was showing on the dash when I had to get it towed in, because the truck wouldn’t start and then completely died on me?

The Aux Batt strikes again!!! 🫣

Does anyone know how to get their tow fee reimbursed? I reached out to Ram Cares (@RamCares ) and they said that they don't cover it. I find it odd that on a truck that is only 10 months old and only has 5,200 miles on it and needs to be towed to the dealership because it's completely dead that it needs to be paid for by the customer. Mind you this is only 1 month after it spent a month in the dealership getting 1 of possibly 3 modules to be replaced and at that time they said the batteries were fine, but now both had to be replaced.

I know when my wife's suburban had an issue Chevy paid to get it towed to the dealership, had a car waiting for us and even issued 35,000 GM points ($300 worth), that could be used at their online store.

Can't believe that I'm stuck with $187.50 bill!

That makes no sense -- when I called roadside assistance they sent a flatbed at no charge (2k miles on a 2025)
You have roadside assistance which includes vehicle transport if it cannot be driven.

Yeah I thought so....I scanned the QR code in the owner's manual for roadside assistance and it opened up a webpage that you put your information in and it dispatches a tow truck to you.

In nearly 30 years of driving, this is the 1st vehicle that I needed to have towed to the dealership!

The only thing I can think of is that I didn't choose the closest dealership. I picked the one my truck was at just a month before for almost a month to get the ABS module changed out and was technically still an open service item because of the two other modules I was waiting on to get changed out.

I got the "yellow explode warning" Friday. I've driven it a few times since then, but hasn't turned itself off yet. No other noticeable issues.

I had gotten the yellow explode warning several times in the past and it would go away on restart. Last night my truck decided that it saw something in a crosswalk ( there was nothing) and did a full emergency stop and damn near caused the poor guy behind me to run into me. I now have all of the AEB items disabled.

I have had the explod-y warning light go on once several months ago. Cleaned sensors, hasn’t been a problem since. My RHO has never failed to start so far, at 5700 miles.

When that light comes on, means you have to reload the confetti cannons. 🎉

Recieved a call from my dealer yesterday on my way home from work. They are replacing the front radar module. Part should be here Thursday, hopefully get the truck back early next week but they are hoping for Friday...we'll see...

My RAM customer care case manager just called and said the dealership swapped out the front radar module and all checked out good as of yesterday evening. They wanted to keep the truck overnight so that they could start it back up this morning and ensure everything was still GTG. Waiting for them to knock out a tire rotation and should be picking up my truck today.

I'm still waiting on the dealership to call though because I want to discuss some of the other issues I brought up when I dropped off the truck, mainly the doors not being able to unlock when remote starting and the mirrors not fully adjusting to my driver profile.

I know others mentioned it, but I have recently noticed (started paying attention) that the mirrors are going back to a higher position when getting back in for the next drive. Keep us updated.
