2026 RAM RHO Order/Schedule/Build Thread

I looked up that vin by the way. It showed a build date of 11/28. I can only assume that all the parts were available to put on the truck at that time and it pulled it to the front of the line, but the reality is I can't be 100 percent sure because some salesperson may have asked their zone rep to see if he good get it expedited.

Me, when I first heard of this truck...

Hang in there everybody! It is a great driving truck. Plenty of Hurricane power and is engineered very well with the transmission. Ram interiors always rank high, and this one is no exception. Solid, smooth suspension, very easy and comfortable to drive. Nice, nice truck.

Both the factory and the dealer have a vested interest on getting the car here and delivered as quickly as possible otherwise we don't make a dime.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the factory invoice (and get paid) before they release the vehicle? That's what I was always told.

The factory does count on their books the car as being sold once it is invoiced to the dealer and shipped. The dealer can't count as sold until its delivered to the customer and the customer drives it home.

So whether you are the factory or the dealer is when you consider it sold, but consider the fact that lets say the car sits for months before its sold and the factory has to up the rebate to get it sold because of the time, it eats up the factory's profit as well.. That why I say the ideal sale for the factory is the quickest one possible, since they usually pay out the least incentive and therefore make the most profit. only after its delivered to the customer is when you figure out how much profit the store and factory made. old stock cars frequently you don't net much at all after discount and incentives. Just like selling a house that is listed for 6 months. everyone thinks there is issues with it and it usually has to be discounted heavy to sell.

For the sake of belaboring the point, there are lots of examples of RHOs that were produced during the Thanksgiving weekend timeframe, and already have window stickers.
1C6SRFUP2TN259967 (BS published 12/1, WS dated 12/2)
1C6SRFUP4TN272199 (BS published 12/1, WS dated 12/2)
1C6SRFUP0TN272183 (BS published 12/1, WS dated 12/2)
1C6SRFUP6TN272155 (BS published 12/1, WS dated 12/2)
1C6SRFUP1TN272144 (BS published 12/1, WS dated 12/2)
And the list goes on. So there's definitely more to it than a random truck getting special attention from a regional rep.

Mixed in with the window stickers dated 12/2, there are also examples of trucks that have been sitting for weeks.
1C6SRFUP6TN247871 (BS published 11/6, WS dated 12/2)
1C6SRFUP9TN259710 (BS published 11/6, WS dated 12/2)
1C6SRFUP0TN226952 (I found it on 10/24 but that was the first date I searched for BS's so it's older than that, WS dated 12/2)
1C6SRFUP6TN221433 (I found it on 10/24 but that was the first date I searched for BS's so it's older than that, WS dated 12/2)
And the list goes on. These are definitely more than just a backlogged line for the body vendor.

I am sorry, I am not sure where that information is coming from truly that is of when the build sheet and the window sticker is generated. The hierarchy I know as a dealer is, the only time techinically it becomes a real car is when the invoice is generated and the car goes to KZ status whihc is released for shipping. then I can essentially run a VIP and see the internal build sheet and get a window sticker. When the truck is any of the build or JB status its stillnot finished and I can not pull any sticker or build sheet with our dealer software. So the way I look at it is this way. if they built the car on 11/1 and then it was JB status till 11/20 then its released for shipment on 12/1, only then does it become a real truck to us. At any time they can pull it back if there was a problem.. so again sorry, I don't know where you pull that info you share from.. I can't do it on my end. And yes I agree, sometimes there is no rhyme or reason for the order things get built and or released on. I can't see all of that big picture, not to mention it would be insane to try and look over all that data without going crazy, lol.. thats a lot of data. I would love to know though how you pull that info so I could too. It might be helpful to me in the future if you would share it. you can dm me if you would share it. its ok if you dont want to.. it is cool knowledge.

There's no magic involved. It's just the build sheet and window sticker sites that are available to the public. The window stickers have date stamps, so you know when they were published. But the build sheets do not - you have to check every day to see if a given truck appeared. So I guess maybe there's a little magic - having a program that checks every possible VIN (that hasn't already been built) every single day. My program generally pings the FCA servers about 1.8M-2.5M times per day looking for build sheets that may or may not exist. And then the next day, do it all over again for whatever hasn't yet been discovered.
At any given time, there are only 70,000-80,000 open orders that can possibly be built. But any given serial number may be one of 36 different types (such as 1C6SRFUP for the RHO). So it's just a lot of possible combinations.

yea, thats a fairly sophisticated program above my pay grade. but I am sure it can be fun. I usually try to keep things simple at this point in life on my end, lol. most importantly is that you share it with the forum members, and thats a good thing.

The funny part is that 95% of the data I collect is non-RHO (it’s all the other trims). I only collect that so I can rule out those VINs to make my RHO/TRX searches faster. So yeah, I’ve got about 90,000 build sheets for non-RHO 2026 trucks. So if anyone wants to know some good statistics about Bighorns, just lemme know lol

I don’t understand most of what you said and so yes, it does sound like magic to me and I appreciate what you do.

Hello all, I am new to the forum. My RHO was scheduled on 10/4 with an estimated ship date of 12/15. Is there a way to check if that is still accurate?

Your dealer can answer that question by looking it up in his system, or you can put in your information to the Ram tracking page.

my dealer says it still only shows them the est ship date of 12/15, so they must not know how to see the system that you can look at. I was told in a RHO Facebook forum to join this forum & give Eighty my vin & they could tell me...lol

The "scheduled date" is the date that it was put on the schedule (not the date it's scheduled to be built). In the Stellantis world, the "estimated ship date" is the actual scheduled build date. That is, the date it should ship off of the factory floor. So if your ESD is 12/15, I'd be watching for a build sheet on 12/16 (the next business day). Then it could take anywhere from 1 to 30 days to get a window sticker and be released for shipping. Then another 1-3 weeks for transportation. So my rough guess is that you'd see the truck in mid-late January. If the build date holds.
If you can provide your VIN, I'll keep an eye out for the BS and WS.

EDIT: For what it's worth, I can't see anything in the future in their system (upcoming builds). I can only see what has already happened (trucks that have been built).
