37” Debate - brand, size, weight etc…

I don’t think it needs any recalibration. The park sensors and drive assist are working perfectly. I’m sure the speedo is probably off a little, but I’m in Texas where speed limits are more of a suggestion anyway 🤠
Can you confirm you have wheeled your truck a bit, not just the mall? ;)

Does running over pedestrians count?

You will be fine with 37x12.50s on +19ish offset wheels on stock suspension. I jumped mine the first day with 37s and continue to wheel it with no issues.

TRX park sensors disabled with 37’s. They never found a fix, not even Tazer.
I thought that only happened if you update the truck to say 37's were on it but if you left it with a speedo that was off you were good to go?

Nope, truck would sense the difference somehow and shut them off. There’s a fix for the Speedo but not the sensors.

Just ordered (5) method MR709 HD in a +12 offset and (5) Toyo r/t trails in 37x12.50x18. Will post once installed, couple week back order on the tires.
Will be interested in hearing your thoughts on the tires once you get some miles on them in non-mall crawl conditions.

lol, you better have not lied to me, I’m going completely off your recommendation. If I run over a curb at bed bath and beyond and my tires rub, I’m going to be very upset!

Just check for deep mud on the other side of the curb so you can be in 4LO...the RT Trails are definitely more AT than MT

That’s why I went with them honestly, wanted less road noise, decent in snow, lighter weightish and keep more of an MT look.

Installed today.
Method MR709 bead grip 18x9 +12 offset
Toyo OC R/T Trail 37x12.50x18 E rated Q speed rated
All stock suspension, no rub at full lock w/ closest to contact in the front around 1” to spare between the plastic fender liner. Rear has zero issues.
Looks fairly level, tires don’t look skinny, e rated didn’t make huge difference just slightly stiffer, very slightly a bit more sluggish off the line but only when driving conservatively. Hit a dip at speed no rubbing will update once off roaded. All in all very happy. Still figuring out what to do with the spare.

Looks badass with the Methods. I'm still rocking the stock spare while deciding on a better alternative.

If you want to keep it out of the bed, you can ratchet strap your 37 in the spare location by removing the shroud and partially deflating it. I'm leaning towards the FMI kit since it has a quick release for removal when you need full use of the bed.

That’s awesome! Rocky Rohde has a YouTube video showing how he fit his 37” spare in the factory spot by airing down a bit. If you carry a portable air compressor (I do for off roading) it’s not a problem. I’ve also toyed with the idea of a hitch-mounted spare carrier. Let us know what you do!

Awesome any side photos to see the aggressiveness ?

No balancing issues whatsoever. Ride quality feels nearly identical to stock. There might be a slight increase in steering and braking effort, but it’s very minor. I had the wheel powder coated satin black and made the ring a dark gunmetal for contrast.

Here are a few more pics I honestly love the fitment stock which I thought I wouldn’t so I probably won’t be adding springs anytime soon.
That's a great-looking ride! I have the twin, but I don't have the 37s. I'm in the process of getting the Eibach 1.6-inch front leveling kit and would be curious to know how much height your truck gained with the 37s. I want to continue parking my truck in the garage, and I'm concerned that the 37s might raise it too much, making it difficult to fit.

Also, what did you do with the tow hooks? They look good! Did you powder coat them or use another finish?
