Hi everyone,

Quick update -- still have not received timing for the launch in which all of you who sent VINs will be included. Hoping to hear something in the next day or two.

Thank you. Figured it was touched on. Just didn't see post. Glad you 2025 folks can try it out. I will say respectfully to RAM, this should have been done. Many of us were told it was already functional.

Pretty ridiculous how this whole thing has been handled. They say next month or next quarter or next week or whatever continuously for the last 12 months. It’s not hard to be transparent, Ram continues to just lie to our faces, and it makes them seem dumber than if they just didn’t give a timeline at all. How do you miss the mark that many times?

I totally agree! It would be one thing if this was completely new technology that they were working on, but this feature has already been implemented across countless vehicles for years.

They haven't missed anything. They have a phantom feature that they are still advertising and they're doing this incremental bullshit to appear to stay on the right side of the FTC.

Would this notification when my app updated today have anything to do with the phone as a key feature being released to test soon? I know it’s a random doesn’t make any sense test. Just curious if maybe changes are coming soon? Thanks

I got the same notification, clicked remind me later and the app was just as it was before.

I updated my app from the App Store and when I opened the app it said something about a vehicle in my garage being updated, but no digital key feature to be seen.

Yet another expectation set and not delivered on. Maybe they were meaning the digital key would be available this week in 2026.

Hi all,

We are currently waiting to hear when the updates will launch -- I know everyone was disappointed that they were not able to make the original date. Unfortunately, Customer Care is not involved in the actual launch timing; all we can do is relay the time frames we are given.

Our hope is to start with the initial list we gathered and then come back to add more folks to the list as we move forward.

Sorry again that we're still currently in limbo -- Hannah and I appreciate you all being super responsive and we can't wait to get this going!
