I received the OTA update a week+ ago. However the RAM app still doesn't show the tile. Do I need to take other steps to get the RAM app to add the tile ?

I think mine showed up on its own but if you still have not seen it may want to try deleting and re-insalling the app.

Here is my experience

I just waited for the right OTA

Then everything got right on its own

I have no idea what the right OTA is

But

Right after I got a couple, it all worked

Visited the dealer to go through the update flowchart that Briana provided. Dealer confirmed all at the latest version, they discussed with Uconnect, stated that a list of vehicles need further updates to become "equipped" and about 600 have been done to date and my truck was on the list. Reached back out to Briana for confirmation and to see if she has an ETA for updates.
