Does anyone have the UWB unlock and start working? I received the Digital Key upgrade OTA last week. I've got a Pixel 9 Pro and successfully paired the Ram App and added the key to my Google Wallet. Everything works great but the truck is only using the phone NFC (tap the handle and hold to charger).

The UWB should allow me to unlock on walkup and not have to place the phone in the tray to start/stop (similar to the fob). Is anyone's elses working or know of a TSB that could be affecting me?

I am having the exact same issue. After all the recall visits, having to go back to have them turn back on my auto door locks I think I will wait for someone who finds a fix. I tried everything I could to fix it and nothing worked. That being said I still find it more useful than the card

So after the “updates” I’ve lost anything that was saved in memory. Connected services is not available (which I pay for) but hey they are escalating and I might have a call in a week and this is the error I get installing the digital key. This is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I know it’s small shit but if they can’t figure this out if something major happens we are FUBAR.

It works perfectly on my iPhone 17 and separately on my Apple Watch Ultra. But others with my same configuration can only get NFC unlocks and starts to work. It's a mystery. Separately, wireless CarPlay works most days but then mysteriously fails, even on the latest updates for the phone and the truck.

My CarPlay hasn’t worked since day one and still doesn’t. And they have no answer except “update required”. It’s more like headunit required or better software engineers required.

This is exactly why I’m no longer in the market for a factory tuner from Stellantis.

If they can’t fix what’s broken a warranty from Stellantis that comes with a factory tuner is worthless.

I received the 26 min OTA update about 5-6 weeks ago and then another shorter UConnect update yesterday morning and now my digital key (iPhone) works as of this morning. I live in South Texas if that helps, since the rollout seems to be occurring by region. It works just as it should and I don’t have any issues with the day/night adjustability that others are reporting.

I have an Iphone 17 ProMax and as far as I can get when activating digital key is half a bar on "pairing" and then it just times out. I've tried every fix I've seen online and still won't work.

So I finally got around to setting up the digital key with my iPhone 17 pro.

I have a 2026 model.

Everything went smoothly and if I keep my fob in the kitchen, I can go up to the truck and grab the handle and the truck unlocks. Additionally I can start the truck as well. That part works perfectly. The whole time, my phone is in my pocket.

For those of you that have got this working as well, I have a question. How do you then lock/secure the truck without using the app. Might be a stupid question but I couldn't figure it out.

How is the lock working for you? When I first got the update, hitting the square on the outside of the handle worked... However, after a couple of days it seems to not work and will only flash the hazards but won't lock unless I manually do it in the app or wallet

Here's another twist. My iPhone 17 Pro works perfectly without NFC, carplay works flawlessly every time, dark mode works perfectly. My apple watch ultra does exactly nothing and I could not care less. With everything working so well I'm not going to mess with it. I never leave the house without my phone, watch, and key and I'd never do so intentionally. I'm also very hesitant to mess with a factory tune should they ever actually offer one.

Anyone in agreement for a class action lawsuit? This is ridiculous that they advertise something that does not work or not active yet for the past two years.

When you think about it we could have a number of class actions going from digital key to hands free assist, etc. Except we'd each get 38 cents while the lawyers reap millions. I just want what I paid for.
