That SB 3” has a lot of separation between the pipes. May not be an easy connection.

I haven't mic'd it but the spacing is like 1.8'" SBros vs 1.4" OE, although it looks like a much larger gap in the pic.

That’s what I’ve come to accept considering the top 2 names in American exhausts still have not released anything. Corsa/borla

They been saying different months all year. Last I contacted them they told me we finally will have it ready in 3 weeks. I contacted them mid March. When I tried to reach out to them again in April they never got back to me so I left them alone.

Corsa has one out for the SO, just not the HO. The downpipes with high flow cats are the key to waking this thing up.

Yeah I'm going to give up on Borla as well. Don't know what the huge holdup is. Literally all they do is to replicate the exhaust and put one of their mufflers and maybe a resonator on it, lol. Maybe mock up 3 or 4 prototypes to see what sounds best and that's literally it. This is not some intricate rocket science that takes 15 months of development.


Just going to order the AFE Vulcan. I doubt Borla's will even sound different enough to warrant being 3x the cost of the AFE.

Alright here are some videos. Cold start and kept it going until it went down to normal idle. Also tried to get some driving clips with windows open. I am just using my Iphone 15 pro, I don't have any external mics so not sure how great it is. My stock exhaust had definitely gotten louder over time and it's interesting because I feel that the sound off shifts is not any louder than the stock exhaust at WOT. It sounds more mellow and not as farty. Low speed is definitely louder than stock. I didn't mind the stock exhaust at WOT but the sound is too high pitched anywhere else. This really deepens the sound.

I will be completely honest, videos must not do these exhausts justice because I swear it sounds similar if not identical to my OEM exhaust. I cant justify spending the cash for a "slight" if any, deeper tone. But good luck with it. Sounds good

Awesome, looking forward to them. As far as I know there's only one video (from the manufacturer) that I've seen. Would be great to see more.

At this point, I've released a better exhaust than half the manufacturers trying to design something.
