Exhaust With High Flow PSP Downpipes

Full stock with PSP Downpipes. I have two sets of Stainless Bros resonators and mufflers coming in Friday I might add.

Dustin did say that it was all a little too loud without the resonators. I know he added a set of resonators to his and it brought it down about 4 or 5 dB then I guess the second said he added back by the spare tire brought it down to similar to stock again just deeper

To be honest with you it’s seems super quite right now. I haven’t drove it yet only cold start because I can hear a leak at the downpipes connections. It could also be quite because the stock exhaust I got was only on for a couple hundred miles and it needs to break in. I’ll definitely add one set to hopefully deepen the tone but it seems quiet enough already.

Just curious, Did you get a decibel reading at its loudest with the aftermarket exhaust and with the factory with the pipes?

I thought in all the videos on youtube that stock with downpipes sounded the best.

No way to ship the mbrp? Guessing it would be a pain without the original packaging and a small fortune.

If you get your leak fixed post up a cold start if you don't mind, and glad you got settled on a good noise level.

Here’s cold start and some revs. Currently driving on the freeway it’s so nice to have no drone. When accelerating hard and shifting, it’s a little raspy.

Sounds good enjoying it, I have an appointment to add resonators to the back tomorrow. Debating if I should replace the flapper values with another set.

I know Dballz did not replace the flapper valves. He liked how they cut down the cold start sound if I remember right. I’d be curious to hear what it sounds like with the complete stock exhaust with downpipe.

That’s the last video I posted completely stock exhaust with downpipes, I didn’t put fly bys because I don’t want to ask my wife to record haha. Cold starts aren’t super loud but I would say when going through the rpm’s aggressively it is raspy. I’m hoping adding the stainless bros race mufflers will deepen the tone.
