From what I’m reading on this thread, probably substantially better customer service. On a serious note, they’re pretty much the same. I have the peddle commander and the adjustability is practically the same, just different brands
RAM new software update makes the pedal much more sensitive than before.. no need for roar pedal if you don't need the sport mode sensitivity for daily driving
I bought mine when it was $129 during Christmas. I run it on sport+ 4. Everyone thinks you waste more gas but my mpgs actually got better because the throttle opens up quicker, you can get to your desired speed quicker and not having to slam the throttle wide open. Its hard to explain but even city driving, im doing better in the mpg department. I love it. Just be a little careful in reverse when you first get it. Lol
I'm guessing the update I had last night is just for the screen and not the software update that will help improve this. From what I have read I am also hesitant to do any kind of update.

I’ll just take someone running off a freeway because that damm thing caused another issue. I hope not but like I said before, the guy responded to me once and disappeared so I guess it was for a reason.Did some more digging after filing a dispute with my CC company since they aren't honoring their return policy. They have a lot of complaints on BBB and FTC. If something goes wrong you won't be able to contact them. Just beware.

No, but I disputed the charge on my CC because they aren't honoring the return policy. I should probably hang onto it for a while incase they finally contact me with return instructions.

For me, the dashboard went crazy. Granted, I might have done a thing or two wrong but my point was that with all the RHO issues around, I chickened out and wanted to return it. The guy just basically sent me to hell. He claimed his product was flawless and suck it. I do not Argue that the product work or not since many here in the forum love the product but not my experience.
I don't even know how you got a hold of them. I tried calling many times and straight to voice mail.
Pretty sure the whole "business" is just some guy in an apartment selling private label units that are designed/manufactured by an overseas 3rd party. I can't stand terrible customer service. Have had 0 issues with my product, though.
Here is who responded. She used online positive reviews and then after this response I got one more stating that it was my bad install which o don’t refute. Maybe it was me.
