Rumored Mopar Tuner

Bro, that was sarcasm lol. It's not top secret, I got the info from emailing Mopar DC customer support.

Usually when someone says "days away" they mean under a week, and then they'd say "weeks away". They didn't elaborate because it's a pretty universally used and understood phrase in the English language.

If your dealership told you that it takes "days" to get a factory order, you should find a new dealership.
I wasn’t being serious. I was playing along with what you had laid down. So within a week. That’s cool 🤞🏻let’s hope it does

Ahh okay I got ya. Yeah man, today's Friday so I'm assuming hopefully sometime early next week.

Wouldn't the warranty start from the point it's tuned? Doesn't make much sens otherwise.
I'm hoping...but we've been let down before.

I messaged holly on Instagram and they told me all 3 of their maps were developed on 91 octane. I know a guy, who knows a guy, who robbed a guy, and he runs map 2 on 91 and it runs fine. No issues.
I know that guy! He told a dude at Buc-ee’s who told a friend who told me they’re waiting to get the digital key programmed into the tuner. Might take awhile.

Let me say this…the truck sucks without the DS. I mean, it’s great, but not when you’re used to it putting you back in the seat….

Can’t wait to reinstall it :)

Show up with it installed to assert dominance. If you have the most horsepower, you legally own the dealership. I think that's what the law states.

My truck is currently at the dealer to install the massaging components and I left my JB4 on. I told my service advisor and showed him and he asked if it made a nice difference. Depends on the dealer but some don’t care that you’re tuned

they don't care until something breaks and you want to have if fixed under warranty 😎 :ROFLMAO:

Yeah the problem is, any large scale warranty work, Stellantis has to approve. If you blow a transmission or motor, they're going to pull all sorts of logs before the warranty is approved.

Probably now more than ever, since Stellantis has been bleeding money. They don't want to fix a headlight let alone replace an entire engine for free.

Super super rare obviously, but if it does happen, make sure you got 17k ready to spend.

To me personally, that's too much money to risk. Not much of a gambling man.

Can you elaborate what seat massaging issue you’re having? I’ve had an entire new seat base ordered up and installed, and now a second one on order. I’m curious if your issue is similar.

Yep. Very simply the ECU data logs would be downloaded, and the additional boost outside of factory parameters would be obvious
I don’t think it’s gonna see the additional pressure. The piggyback module interrupts the signal and lies to the ECU..

This is very possible, but then it has to be proven you had a tuner, rather than the truck over boosting on its own somehow.

It doesn't really "have to be proven" at all. They will simply deny the warranty claim.

You can't just say "but you have to prove it!" and they go "oh you're right, sorry sir, forget we said anything- we will replace your engine right away"

If you wanna lawyer up and take them to court, sure. Then and only then they will have to prove it. Good luck going against Stellantis lawyers. Won't cost them a dime, and it will cost you more than the engine would to replace.

Not trying to be a dick or anything, but that's exactly how it would go.
