So I took the truck in, and they said there is a code. It’s something to do with the dash screen and they have never seen it. Was told they are reaching out to corporate for next steps…

I wonder if that’s why my dash screen never adjusts or dims at night even though I have the dimmer switch to the lowest setting possible so it’s nice and dark. My center screen dims at night but the dash stays fully bright like if it was 12pm

This has also happened to me twice. Turned it off and on and again and didnt come up again. Weird. Didnt notice anything weird.

Any updates? Happened to me again today and the screen was lagging bad…rpms were behind and when changing screens it would take long and the turn signal would not make a sound…acceleration also felt different, not as responsive and lagging too.

I've received the same code, and I owned my truck for one day and 100 miles, 30 miles home, and 30 back at the dealer, waiting for a diagnosis.

is it really possible that this car has a bunch of faulty/shitty components and modules or are all of these somehow related? have any of you guys tried swapping out batteries with better aftermarket ones? If these trucks really have this many individual failure points with the different electronic sub-systems there is something seriously wrong with RAM.

Happened while I was at the dealership picking it up. Shut off, fired up again and it was gone. I'm pretty sure I'll have a battery swap soon and I'm assuming it's connected to battery issues. We shall see...

Mine at the dealer too picking up on Thursday. Had to wait a few hours after paperwork then had to leave back home in my old truck because they couldn't figure it out and I had to go for a family thing. They claimed it was a loose connection in the tail light? This was right after installing the Mopar power steps. The code went away and they drove it to me Friday and drove back my trade 1.5hrs away. Then driving Saturday it came up at start up midday then next start up no code. Kept an eye on battery voltage and seems fine. I'm taking it back in Friday for two small paint issues on the back drivers door that were missed on the PDI and also to check out this code. Will update if further issues.

Trying to help troubleshoot this issue. It happened right after dealer put on Mopar power steps...anyone else put those on or any power steps? Trying to think what set it off and what we have in common for the ones that this happened to.

Had the same issue. Took it to my dealer and asked if they knew what it meant and they said they’ve never seen it before. I scanned the OBD and no codes are thrown. The warning resets each time the truck restarts. I’ve got 5300 miles on it so far. No other issues noted. Hopefully they can figure this out. Maybe it’s a software issue.

I’ve had the same message pop up a couple of times with it going away on its own. No CEL yet and no major issues to report after 2700 miles. Hoping it’s just one of those gremlins that’ll work itself out. Haven’t checked battery voltage when it comes up though, will do that if it pops up again.
