Warning light illumination unavailable - service required

I've had and continue to have many issues with MIL/CEL, blind spot monitors and this illumination unavailable message. Yesterday I received a call from two Stellantis techs, not the dealer service techs. They told me the warning light for the illumination unavailable was due to my on-going blind spot monitor issue and appeared to be something triggered every 300 miles. I just got a call from the dealer stating that the "clearance on my instrument cluster pins was too loose" and they have now ordered a new instrument cluster. He could not elaborate if it was also related to the blind spot monitor so I'm going to have to wait until someone can talk to the Stellantis techs.
Honestly, I've been told so many different things and I'm still not fixed that I don't have much confidence this is going to fix it either, but fingers crossed!

Mine is sitting at the dealership waiting on a gauge cluster as it completely goes black about every 3 minutes. I also am having a drivers side entire light housing replaced as the ballast is about to go out. DRL is flashing. I will say Ram got me a Ram Rebel from Enterprise until mine is fixed which may be into July. Also have to have some paint work where the carbon gray and black comes together. I still love the truck and will say the Rebel isn’t half the truck the RHO is. They’ll all be good one day. If you’re waiting have Ram get you a rental vehicle and they pay for them. That is if your dealership doesn’t have a really nice used vehicle or demo.
Picking mine up tomorrow for some paint defects I caught from transport and the illumination light (about 5 times) and emergency braking warning (once). They are taking a crack at it but I'm guessing it will be a wait and see. When I took delivery it said it for them while I was signing. They claimed it was a wet and bad connector on the passenger tail light? Who knows...still drove normal. I've had a 24 grand cherokee now for a week and it's ok but damn I want my RHO back. People are right its a fun drive everytime and most others are just a vehicle to drive ha

Did they mention a TSB? Haven't seem mine pop up for about 1500 miles but I got it again after the first time I took her out at night since then
I got the blind spot monitor message a couple times while driving today and both mirror triangles remain lit. This also affected my Active Driver Assist which would not work and flashed service required. I then got the warning light illumination flash. Finally, the emergency braking not available flashed.
I shut the truck off for awhile when I got home, went back later and everything was fine. I called the dealer and they said it could have been a glitch but bring it in and they will see if it has any codes. Frustrating. I only have 260 miles in the truck and had it four days!
Tomorrow is my 4th trip to the dealer; I've put fuel in twice.

Yesterday, I had a dealer tell me to "keep driving the truck until more info is available". Said "if you bring it in, we will just start swapping out parts and that's not helping solve the issue." I doubt he was supposed to say that but I did appreciate his honesty.

This is true I suppose but you're also forgoing the triggers for lemon law claims by not taking it in. It's up to you on what is acceptable or not to live with on a brand new $80k truck, of course. What if they never get more information?

Hey guys, have had this 3 for the better part of 3 months with no solution. Now yesterday the “service trailer brake system” error. There is literally nothing on the internet. Anybody know what’s going on?

In my case; a lot of stored codes, dealer unable to troubleshoot without an active code, driving it while waiting for an active code.

Wonder what an active code means? If it shows the message on the screen, is it not “active”?
during the visit, no cel's; so, they couldn't see what condition(s) were causing the code

I didn’t get a CEL either. Just the silly message that pops up every time you start the truck. I guess I knew this day was coming. SMDH
I should have been more clear
Per the dealer, the 'message' being active would be the same as an 'active' code occurring. So if you have the message appearing the code should be active.
