Here is the full story that I posted on the forum: Howdy, I bought a used 2025 RHO in Salt Lake City and brought it out to Cali to register it - the deal is the truck has to pass smog and get weighed to do so - perfect timing, after 1000 miles of driving and on the way into the driveway of the smog shop it throws a CEL code P2C90 and won't pass smog because it says "hose A disconnected" - i take it to the local dealer, they replace the hose, but the truck keeps throwing the code, they contact engineering, bring it in again, flush the software, still throws the code, Engine light goes off, i run to smog, still fails - i have seen on the forums that P2C90 has been seen my many owners, who have simple cleared the code and kept driving, but in my case, it seems when they hook up the smog they are still seeing the code - dealer says "we are waiting for RAM head office to send us a software update - could be a month or two - in the meantime i cant register the damn thing - DMV has banked the check and given me a temporary extension but no plates - I contacted customer service, they created a case, contacted the dealer but then called me back to advise "because there is no open service order, we cannot help you, we cannot contact ram head office for you to check on the software update either" - so they closed the case - all i can think to do at the moment ( it has been 2 months already) is to take it to another dealer and restart the process - i am worried that their is no software update coming..... doom loop! - would love your thoughts guys thanks
