I have already driven the new TRX a bunch, I like it...just not sure its worth it for the exhaust/supercharger sounds and a little bit faster.

Yep. TRX is for the little dick fellas compensating. RHO is for us medium dick guys.

I will be doing an in depth RHO vs TRX video coming in next month. I have been very happy with my RHO, when the time comes to move into something else this wont be an easy decision. Same was said about our Bronco Raptor. That was hard to part after 3 years. One of the most fun vehicle I have owned.

I agree, I can afford a TRX, but I have no interest in paying ~$25k more for a truck that looks exactly like mine, isn’t that much faster (CAT6 gets the RHO into TRX territory), has less payload, arguably handles worse, eats more gas, and has shorter range.

The Hellcat exhaust note is seductive, but I’m older and no longer feel the need to announce my presence.

So, I too have no plans to trade in my RHO for a TRX. The value isn’t there and the attributes delivering the Hellcat power work against the very things I value most about the RHO.

Long live the TRX and RHO!

I also am getting a meeting planned for DC engineering team to understand status of the DC RHO program (Confirmed its real for sure as the product listing was accidentally leaked) . Also going to talk to them about the DC600/700/900 kit as well.

Couldn't agree more. The ability to purchase something versus the logic doesn't always align. Do I want a 1,000hp truck? Always! Do I really need one? No. Can I afford 2k car payment? yes. Do I want one? no.

I am going to throw this one in left field.. What if we did a fake exhaust note on the RHO to make it sound right a TRX, similar to what the factory did on the electric charger? Then just make a couple stage upgrades to the high output hurricane that are reasonable.

I love the sound of the TRX, but I don't want my RHO to sound like a TRX. I want it to be loud and aggressive but I'm very happy with a different tone/note from the TRX. I'd never do a fake tone like the electric charger, I think that was a HUGE mistake. I'd rather make my truck sound like a space ship from the Jetson's. People need to embrace the tone the RHO is capable of to highlight the insane performance from such a small/capable engine.

I agree, maybe make a tone box selector so that you can make it sounds like a spaceship or a TRX or anything that you want! The RHO has a great engine just as it is, I agree, but there is always the guy or girl who wants more.

No fake exhaust sound for me. I’m actually just fine with the stock sound of the RHO. I don’t care for the shift back flutter, but overall, I like it better than the TRX to be honest.

No NDAs signed on this stuff for DC...truly shairing what I know...I am pushing hard for all RHO owners to figure out what is going on. You can dump your RHO now if you need more power and get a TRX. I am not planning to do that yet. Still liking my truck to much.

Is that you way of saying the RHO is not getting any DC love? That's fine by me if we aren't, I love my truck and will happily do a cat6. My only hold up is buying a cat6 and shortly after a Mopar tune drops. As much as I love wasting money I'd rather waste it on a single mother going through college while swinging from a pole
