Ya, that would make sense.Probably not your imagination remember, those shocks are constantly adjusting. It may have thought the suspension was partially unloaded and stiffen itself up in preparation for coming back down.

I feel no differenceBut way better than stock?
Did you do top or bottom ??? Apparently there is a difference ?!?!?!?!?!Mine rides great with the Foutz 1.5's...nice and smooth, no issues.
See above...DO NOT DO UPPER COLLARS.Did you do top or bottom ??? Apparently there is a difference ?!?!?!?!?!

Can you elaborate on how the ride is different with the springs versus stock? All I know is my truck rides so much better with the Eibach 1.6 springs, maybe they are progressive rate springs or the spring rates are more ideal. Do any collars make the truck ride a shit ton better?
I thought the truck was a bit too bouncy over bumps no matter what the shock settings were at. Tough to explain, maybe the coils seemed wound tighter and the truck just felt “springier”.. with the Eibachs, the truck rides so much better, it handles small bumps and imperfections on the road better, handles better, and has little to no nosedive on braking now.Can you elaborate on how the ride is different with the springs versus stock?
Yea this makes sense in the difference with the Foutz collars as well.I thought the truck was a bit too bouncy over bumps no matter what the shock settings were at. Overall the front end feels more compliant and less twitchy and bouncy if I was to summarize it.
That is exactly how I feel about the stock suspension so that’s awesome to hear. I thought springs or lifting in general would make it worse so I was holding off. Guess I’m adding this to the list.I thought the truck was a bit too bouncy over bumps no matter what the shock settings were at. Just stay below 2” kits lolThat is exactly how I feel about the stock suspension so that’s awesome to hear. I thought springs or lifting in general would make it worse so I was holding off. Guess I’m adding this to the list.
What did this costProbably my imagination , but while the ride height calibration didn’t fix my shifting issue,
It does seem to ride as good as stock did. It did seem a tiny bit stiffer before that.
They charged me an hour. $190. I didn’t due it for the ride, I was trying to solve the shifting issue. It didn’t work, but it does seem to ride better. What did this cost
Nice thanksThey charged me an hour. $190. I didn’t due it for the ride, I was trying to solve the shifting issue. It didn’t work, but it does seem to ride better.
Why did they charge you for work that should be covered under warranty !!!They charged me an hour. $190. I didn’t due it for the ride, I was trying to solve the shifting issue. It didn’t work, but it does seem to ride better.
Wait so the ride quality improved with 1.5” spring level?I thought the truck was a bit too bouncy over bumps no matter what the shock settings were at. I had them install an after market leveling kit and the truck doesn’t shift correctlyWhy did they charge you for work that should be covered under warranty !!!
Good question. I didn’t try mine before getting my calibration done. I think @frogjbm has a 1.5” kit and he didn’t have any calibrations done afterward. He could chime in.I had a 2022 Tacoma that I had level with 1.5”. I had to adjust the sensor in the grill for the adaptive cruise control. Does this truck need that as well in order for the auto pilot to work?
I haven’t adjusted anything and everything works as expected.Good question. I didn’t try mine before getting my calibration done. I think @frogjbm has a 1.5” kit and he didn’t have any calibrations done afterward. He could chime in.
