New info on 98 mph top speed.

I don’t even want to take my truck in to the dealer for the power issues because they will end up flashing my shit.

I went for an oil change and rotation, I told the service advisor absolutely DO NOT do any software updates or TSBs...he obliged.

That’s what I would say but if I’m having power problems I have no idea how they would go about addressing the issue.

Seems all infotainment screens read the HP wrong...must be wheel horsepower numbers or something. Torque regularly reaches over 500 when floored. I'd make damn sure you are actually experiencing power problems before you let them flash anything.

I think a couple of us posted on Butter’s video. He has some inside sources. I asked if he could kindly “ask around” for clarification. I have my fingers crossed that it’s for export only RHOs and Kyle was unlucky to get caught in the crossfire.

That’s what they originally told me back in March. That I had the wrong software from those international models and that unfortunately that’s all that was available on the Ram tech computer. They told me to wait until they could get the correct software out.

That’s why I can’t understand why they 180’d from that to just telling me it is what it is.

I want to be excited about my new truck but lately theres been nothing but people who seem to be have had their horsepower cut, and now this whole top speed thing. WTF is Ram doing, and why are they so secretive about it? It's like this is the first vehicle they have ever produced because apparently they have no clue what they're doing.

Good question. That 11.7 1/4 mile can’t be achieved with a 98 mph top speed. Even on the 25 site that info seemed to be hidden.
